Well, Kenneth Lawry is a real life identity who has been cursed in here, insulted and accused of many things in a public forum for all to see, that’s libel! There have been legal cases of online defamation, like the case of Crystal Cox, a Montana blogger, who was ordered by a federal judge in Oregon to pay $2.5 million for posting online that the complainant was a thug and a thief. Also, an Australian blogger Brian Gorrell was sued when he published in his blog an accusation against his former boyfriend, who allegedly swindled him of money.

But I sincerely hope it wont have to come to that in the case of Kenny. He’s winning the exchanges and despite everything, his name isn't defamed anyway, LOL!

Really? he has used my real name over and over again then threatened my life when I was in recovery from surgery so what is he going to do that someone can't do right back.

Brian Gorrell and started a website for the express purpose to accuse DJ Montano of theft and there was no lawsuit.

Crystal Cox a blogger accused Kevin Padrick sued Cox, who lives in Montana that he acted unethically in a bankruptcy and it was published for the public. Both people were Americans and the the case done under U.S. law.

Get your facts straight when you come on here being all dark and foreboding in your threats. Forums are designed to be anonymous so only insults around are against anonymous people therefore cannot hurt them publicly only their little ole feelings so if you come on here and can't take it the get the fu@k out.

Im bringing attention to the fact of the fu@ked up law here that libel and slander are criminal offenses. It is used for the express purpose by politicians and the rich to curtail freedom of speech.

It means there can be investigative reporting about a politician as he can have you thrown in jail for libel. A person can be convicted of libel before the politician can be jailed for the crime reported on. How fu@ked up is that!
