philippines is better off selling some of its small islands to Japan and make money out of it before China annex some of the islands. lol. Japan needs new islands to develop away from their earthquake prone mainland. lol. on top of that Japanese Navy will be closer to south china sea. we can also sell some to Australia and New Zealand. since we cannot afford and maintain our country in an orderly manner.

Strange How the once meek China never showed any interest in The Spratleys and the Scarborough islet, but as soon as oil was discovered, she suddenly became a bully. This oil can very well be shared by all Asian nations if only cool heads come together, but this is not so as seen by developements. Greed once again comes into the minds of Man. If worst come to worst, lets ACCEPT IT AS THE WILL OF GOD. jUST READY OUR SELVES FOR ETERNITY.

War and annihilation seems a better choice than not moving forward at all. We have a people so insensitive to change that it can be the solution to prevent a slow death done by our very own compatriots. We do not seem to know what we want anymore. Our values are at a low ebb and crime has taken over under our very noses.

Apes need to stop talking... In 1933, France asserted its claims from 1887[26] to the Spratly and Paracel Islands on behalf of its then-colony Vietnam.[27] It occupied a number of the Spratly Islands, including Taiping Island, built weather stations on two, and administered them as part of French Indochina. This occupation was protested by the Republic Of China (ROC, now known as Taiwan) government because France admitted finding Chinese fishermen there when French warships visited the nine islands . . The Philippines base their claims of sovereignty over the Spratlys on the issues of Res nullius and geography. The Philippines contend their claim was Res nullius as there was no effective sovereignty over the islands until the 1930s when France and then Japan acquired the islands. When Japan renounced their sovereignty over the islands according to the San Francisco Treaty, there was a relinquishment of the right to the islands without any special beneficiary. Therefore, argue the Philippines, the islands became Res nullius and available for annexation. This is an anachronistic claim however, because the Philippines did not register these claims until the 1970s. In 1956, a private Filipino citizen, Tomas Cloma, unilaterally declared a state on 53 features in the South China Sea, calling it "Freedomland". As the Republic of China moved to occupy the main island in response, Cloma sold his claim to the Philippine government, which annexed (de jure) the islands in 1978, calling them Kalayaan. On June 11, 1978, President Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines issued Presidential decree No. 1596, declaring the Spratly Islands (referred to therein as the Kalayaan Island Group) as Philippine territory.[28] |
That's part of democracy, freedom to be divided stupid dumb and weak can easily bribed. |

WE HAVE NO CHOICE AT ALL. BUT WE HAVE TO ACCEPT IT, WITH ALL IN OUR HEARTS. THAT WE ARE LACK OF SOMETHING VIABLE FOR US. BUT IT'S NOT TOO LATE, IF WE FILINOS WILL CONSTITUTE A GOOD GOVERNING BODY THAT LEADS US TO A PROGRESSIVE COUNTRY. NO LIER, NO CORRUPT, NO DIVISIVE THOUGHTS, NO JEALOUS, AND NO LAZY PEOPLE. IF ALL ARE WILLING TO DO THIS, THIS CHINA WILL EVAPORATE IN ITS POSITION RIGHT AWAY. BUT IF THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN, THEY WILL CONTINUE AND CONTINUE THIS WISHES AND DREAMS COME TRUE. IT'S SAD TO SAY, BUT IT IS A FACT. WELL, LETS ALL THANK YOU TO THE CHINESSE MEN WHO WILL WON SOMEDAY SOON. WELCOME CHINA!!!!!

IF I WILL BE THE IN-CHARGE OF THIS COUNTRY, I WILL RATHER PHASE-OUT THE CONGRESS, AND ALSO LESSEN THE PEOPLE IN THE SENATE IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY THAT GOVERNMENT BUDGETED. IF THIS WILL HAPPEN, THAT MONEY, SHOULD GO TO THE VERY IMPORTANT MATTERS CONCERNING POVERTY IN THE PHILIPPINES. AND THEREON, WE CAN EXPECT THAT THIS COUNTRY CAN MOVE THE DESIRED PATH TO PROGRESS. BUT I THINK THIS COUNTRY IS JUST LIKE A " H A L L O W" COUNTRY. IT RUNS ONLY BUY BUSINESS MEN, THAT ONLY THINK IN THERE PROFITS. I SALUTE OUR PREVIOUS PRESIDENT MAGSAYSAY. " THE FILIPINO FIRST POLICY" NO CHINESSE INVESTOR TO SELL RICE AND GOODS ONLY THE FILIPINOS. ONLY IF HE WILL NOT KILLED IN HERS TERMS OF PRESIDENCY. AND I ALSO LIKE MARCOS IN HIS REIGN IN THE PHILIPPINES. BECAUSE THE PESO VERSUS DOLLAR IN HIS TERMS IS ONE IS TO ONE. NOT LIKE TODAY AFTER HIS REGIME, NO IMPROVEMENT, ALL OFFICIALS ARE WANTING TO EARN MORE IN THERE OWN POCKET.

While most Filipinos are at war with most of our Politicians, our government is toying around with ideas to make war with the giant, China. Ho hum ! War is expensive and we cannot even tame the Abu Sayap for lack of logistics ?? Look who is talking ? OMG ! I have never encountered so many irresponsible politicians as we do now. All aiming for a higher office and power. I wish somebody can gather them up and chain them together then send them to Spratly Islands to fight off the Chinese. lol They are good for nothing anyway.

It is getting so irritating and exssazperating for Politicians to continue their abuses and disrespect for the Law of the land that they appear to be like the owners of our country. They own the greatest portion of the counties wealth and making their money their passport to freedom from Jail. The Governors, Mayors and councilors in every province are the root of lawlessness, and our Justice System is unable to stop them. It is plain that many of them are immune to charges of corruption. Judges and the Police are easily paid off the case. How can they resist millions in bribe money ? Can you ???? LOL

All those who involve them selves in cheating and corrupting our nation, are forgetting that God is looking down upon them and also preparing charges on them in the end. Sooner or later, great trials such as deaths, illnesses, accidents and natural calamities will descend upon them and God may be somewhere else helping the good people. Just a reminder, brothers and sisters.

Truth is the chinese needs food lots of it. Russian coastguards have seized a Chinese fishing boat and detained 17 sailors after reportedly opening fire on the vessel, state media and consular officials said ... news.yahoo.com/russia-seizes-chinese-fishing -......- Cached More results from news.yahoo.com » Proof chinese are pirates of the high seas, steals spoiled unrefrigerated stinky fish. How about the chinese making counterfeit train tickets in italy? Only chinese would do a rotten croojed thing like that. McCain, R-Ariz., called the move provocative and said it reinforced worries that China would attempt to impose its territorial claims through intimidation and coercion.[3] Sen. Jim Webb, D-Va., said China's attempt to assert control of disputed territories may be a violation of international law. |
