I wonder when will Cagayan ever get to be known as Cagayan and not Cagayan Valley. Cagayan Valley is Region 2. If you're referring to the province where Tuguegarao belongs, please drop the "Valley"..We're the true Cagayan, forget about Cagayan De Oro..I'm sick and tired of having my province play second fiddle to CDO..

If you remember the road going to Aparri that is closed to the airport theres plenty of house and lot available so as the way going to capitol. Remember that split road? Don't worry about the accomodation there's plenty of good hotels with aircon and Western food as you please. If you want rent a car there is also plenty in Tuguegarao. I'm going up north today, keep me posted if you are really interested on properties to buy. Philippines banks in the States knows nothing about these kind of properties, they just know about Manila and saburbs.
