The poor people is not the problem the biggest problem is the corrupt government officials who keep robbing the government coffer. They're not stealing Millions, But trillion of dollars taxespayers money and nobody doing anything about it because the elites are protecting each other ass.

There are alot of things wrong in the Philippines. If Im going to worry about thieves I look to Wall Street. You may get your pocket picked here but it wont wreck entire nations economy's.
