Lugo Pledges to Serve His Country

Asuncion, Apr 21 Fernando Lugo, winner of the Paraguayan general elections, says he will take power on August 15 with commitment and faith to serve his people. via Prensa Latina

The new president needs to focus on rebuilding PY. It's about time the country gets rid of corruption which has been run by the Colorado party. The president also needs to turn on the airport radar system which is currently off. This allows drugs, contra band and other illegal products to flow through the country. By turning the radar system will allow more commerical planes to flight into the Paraguay and detect illegal planes. More commerical planes and more visitors, more money for the economy. It's a big step good luck Luna.

Lugo needs to put Paraguay first and not his leftist politics!
i.e. what will Paraguay gain by links with China over Taiwan?
Apart from showing the world;
that he supports authoritarian regimes?
that he condones crushing of freedom in Tibet?
supports a country that ships weapons to the Mugabe regime in Zimbabwe?
