the video doesnt show his face at all so it will be a bit difficult to identify the soldier but it does clearly show the uniform of the PNGDF and the girl. It runs for approx 10 minutes and it was shot poorly using a digital camera inside a taxi cab. The girl is a solomon islander of polynesian heritage...

it is still the subject of an on going investigation by the RSIPF as the matter was brought up by the girl's family when the video was made public. however , due to the legal protection covering all personnel deployed with RAMSI, the matter cannot be pursued further and also the soldier has already return to PNG which makes it hard at least for the moment.
