PNG election: Some of the interesting undecided seats

Elections for Kokopo Open Electorate was never free, safe and fair. Candidates with strong financial spending paid for votes, offered gifts, colluded and applied undue influence to manipulate key state agencies and their officers taking lead role in the elections. Furthermore with the use of blackpower to advance their interests.
It seems kokopo has the paid the price for the power play for the top seat of the of this nation where free, fair and safe was not the consitutional right and freedom of the people's choice and preference rather greed and lust for power at its best.

All the casting of votes was going well in Enga province but during counting and after counting there's problem. The most troublesome area is the Kandep Open the home of THE party leader Don Polye. That puts a question in my head if he's ever gonna run the country properly if his own backyard he cannot control. So far eight people have died and properties worth thousands of kina distroyed. Please MPs vote a better government this time. Enough of struggling.

I would say all provinces & electorates are the same,there was never a free,fair & safe election.There was money floating every where to buy figures to give mandate to an idoit,selfishness,monster,what ever name you name them.Now is the top job,whos gonna get that will determine the future of PNG!!!

First of all, these are serious allegations and turmount to undue influences which warant a by election petition. The only one thing that will validify the arguement is to withness the member elect himself or herself dishing out items in order to lure voters. Otherwise, that subject has been played well and therefore we might have to wait for 2017. We can not say much because that is done at the point of time when our rural people are poor, uneducated and illiterate. Therefore, more awareness will be needed from today onwards strategically targetting affected populations.
