When is Gramps McCane going to start whining about this? Or does he have the Palestinian and Israeli peoples confused as well? You know the geezer fog starts to set in when you get up there around his age.

As a Jewish American voter, I do not believe Obama. His words are hollow and his inaction over the past 10 years on the Jewish question speaks loudly.
If he thinks he can walk around the holy city for 20 minutes and get all the information he needs to make decisions, something he has not done in the past, he is sadly mistaken. His history is important.
And the chutpah with the presidential seal, and holding briefings like the White House does, is appaling and frankly insulting.
This man has turned me and a bunch of people I know off.

The only "carrot" Obama could offer Iran that would have any appeal to its leaders would be what they have always said they wanted: The total destruction of Israel and Jews everywhere. This man has not offered one new idea on this trip, except for the obvious appeasement of Iran...which would be at Israel's expense. He has not hesitated to falsify the reaction of the Iraqi and U.S. military leaders to his idea of a 16-month timetable for withdrawal of U.S. troops. As the liberal Washington Post said in an editorial today, "So it seems worthwhile to point out that, by Mr. Obama's own account, neither U.S. commanders nor Iraq's principal political leaders actually support his strategy." And he refuses to acknowledge that the surge by American troops that he opposed then and now has led to the stable situation in Iraq. Dismissing the contributions of American soldiers is no way to seek to become commander in chief of those same troops. The main value of this trip is that Obama has exposed to his media acolytes just how shallow and inadequate he is. And all in his own words...or stammers.

Obama's three activities: (1) clarifying, (2) apologizing, and (3) reassuring. Signs of a great leader.

This man has turned me and a bunch of people I know off. Barack Obama thinks that playing basketball with soldiers gave him more than insight as to how Afghanistan and Iraq are doing. So after playing hoops, he declared Afghanistan and Iraq a failure. So why should you be surprised that after 20 minutes walking around Israel, Obama thinks he knows it all. This guy has never held a real job. If we elect him President, not only are we in deep doo doo, but he is in for the shock of his life. Affirmative action only goes so far. It should not extend to law school, medical school and the US Presidency. Too much is at stake and too many lives are at stake. And someone please tell me - what's with the Obama seal - so weird. Is a US flag passe?

And not only did he go, but he went and impressed the world. People are asking him about his past when he just paid off his school loans. You should give him a chance.

The fastest way to peace in Israel is for the US to withdraw ALL support.

Forget what Obama is talking about. Israel is not the only nation in the middle east. The man is trying. Tell me what you suggest he do? Because I dont see what others have done that is so great except LIE to us.

Obama is the anointed one from the most politicially corrupt state in the Union and you think he's the solution? If God decides to test the United States AND the world by allowing Obama to become president this great counry will take a huge step back to the Carter years. Then it'll be appropriate to call us the Obamation at least for 4 years.

Scott McClellan is one of Bush's best friends, and he has called this administration rotten to the core! We have been lied to, and you don't think its time for Change? You must be one of those rich, stingy folks who are affraid to pay more taxes! You folks are evil because you would rather the entire country suffer than have to put off buying another Benzo or Beachhouse!

Welcome to the real world Obama- where statements to the effect that we should all get along- don't work- frankly, I don't know why any candidate/president spends anytime and effort in resolving this nonsense- it will never happen

Dear Keith:
You make an excellent case. Against more funding for CPS schools. If your posts are an indication, then the ROI is far too low.

Dear Keith:
Your capitalization of the word Change amuses me. Yes, people who have jobs don't want to pay more in taxes. The first step towards your understanding of that is...getting a job.
