Borja family wins Flame Tree contests
The Borja family took two awards in the 26th Annual Flame Tree Arts Festival held over the weekend at the Civic Center in Susupe, as the clan was declared the winner of the Parade of Cultures Float Competition ... via Saipan Tribune
