The REALITY of the status of minorities in Islamic Pakistan.
This is what one can expect from these "Islamic" governments being run on an "ideology" of a desert bandit of 1400 years back!
This will become a major issue in the coming years!
There is a talkfest going on in Saudia Arabia to stem the tide of violence between the different sects within Islam and to respect others who do not follow the same path to the same destination.
Who are these accusers who witness others as being blasphemous and why aren't they in the public eye to prove what they accuse others of doing so ?

Existing religions cannot make such claims since they all have been found out as inventions of human minds. There is no laid down procedure but claims of divine connection and absolute truth can be tested against evidence such as the fact of the Evolution of Specis.

Ar-Raheeq Al-Makhtum,(THE SEALED NECTAR, Biography of the Noble Prophet [pbuh], by SAFI UL RAHMAN al-Mubarakpuri
Jamia Salafia - India Translated by Issam Diab Maktaba Dar-us-Salam Publishers and Distributors, Part- 1
http://www.witness-pioneer.org/vil/Books/SM_t...

Location and Nature of Arab Tribes
Beyond a shadow of doubt, the biography of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) manifestedly represents an exhaustive embodiment of the sublime Divine Message that he communicated in order to deliver the human race from the swamp of darkness and polytheism to the paradise of light and monotheism. An image, authentic as well as comprehensive, of this Message is therefore only attainable through careful study and profound analysis of both backgrounds and issues of such a biography.…

Location of the Arabs
Linguistically, the word "Arab" means deserts and waste barren land well-nigh waterless and treeless. Ever since the dawn of history, the Arabian Peninsula and its people have been called as such.
The Arabian Peninsula is enclosed in the west by the Red Sea and Sinai, in the east by the Arabian Gulf, in the south by the Arabian Sea, which is an extension of the Indian Ocean, and in the north by old Syria and part of Iraq. The area is estimated between a million and a million and a quarter square miles.
Thanks to its geographical position, the peninsula has always maintained great importance.. Considering its internal setting, it is mostly deserts and sandy places, which has rendered it inaccessible to foreigners and invaders, and allowed its people complete liberty and independence through the ages, despite the presence of two neighbouring great empires.
Its external setting, on the other hand, caused it to be the centre of the old world and provided it with sea and land links with most nations at the time. Thanks to this strategic position the Arabian Peninsula had become the centre for trade, culture, religion and art.

Arab Tribes
Arab kinfolks have been divided according to lineage into three groups:
1. Perishing Arabs: The ancient Arabs, of whose history little is known, and of whom were ‘Ad, Thamûd, Tasam, Jadis, Emlaq, and others.

2. Pure Arabs: Who originated from the progeny of Ya‘rub bin Yashjub bin Qahtan. They were also called Qahtanian Arabs.

3. Arabized Arabs: Who originated from the progeny of Ishmael. They were also called ‘Adnanian Arabs.
The pure Arabs – the people of Qahtan – originally lived in Yemen and comprised many tribes, two of which were very famous:
a. Himyar: The most famous of whose septs were Zaid Al-Jamhur, Quda‘a and Sakasic.

b. Kahlan: The most famous of whose septs were Hamdan, Anmar, Tai’, Mudhhij, Kinda, Lakhm, Judham, Azd, Aws, Khazraj and the descendants of Jafna — the kings of old Syria.

1. Azd: Who, under the leadership of ‘Imran bin ‘Amr Muzaiqbâ’, wandered in Yemen, sent pioneers and finally headed northwards. Details of their emigration can be summed up as follows:

2. Lakhm and Judham: Of whom was Nasr bin Rabi‘a, father of Manadhira, Kings of Heerah.

3. Banu Tai’: Who also emigrated northwards to settle by the so- called Aja and Salma Mountains which were consequently named as Tai’ Mountains.

4. Kinda: Who dwelt in Bahrain but were expelled to Hadramout and Najd where they instituted a powerful government but not for long , for the whole tribe soon faded away.

5. Another tribe of Himyar, known as Quda‘a, also left Yemen and dwelt in Samawa semi-desert on the borders of Iraq.

I wanted to post a Reply to our Yaudheya the Great's latest post, but when I looked at the "adjectives" he uses for me, I controlled my urge.

These are outporings of a sick mind a person with deep rooted Inferiority Complex...

Read his answer, you will find that written over every sentence of his post.

Depp rooted inferiority complex and no explanation as to how a hand full of Muslims with conventional arms, beat the hell out of so brave a nation as India and ruled it for so many centuries.

Mention of 4 month period is confusing, the whole case took much longer than that, basic question is why involve Courts in divorce at all?

When courts are not involved in marriages, why should they be involved in Divorce?– MUQ

SC relaxes law, okays divorce after 4 months

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/

MUMBAI: The Supreme Court ended the agony of a couple who had sought a divorce by mutual consent and were separated for over a year in a marriage that was about a year-and-half old.

The court granted them their plea with two months of the legally laid down six-month cooling-off period yet to go.

The judgment, though meant only for the particular couple in court, will provide hope for many others whose parting is mutual, amicable or at least civil with no signs of any marital ties.

A bench of Justices Altamas Kabir and J Chelameswar observed, "There appears to be no marital ties between the parties at all.'' It is only the legal provision "which is keeping the formal ties of marriage between the parties subsisting in name only...", it said and added,

"The marriage is subsisting by a tenuous thread on account of the statutory cooling-off period, out of which four months have already expired. When it has not been possible for the parties to live together and to discharge their marital obligations towards each other for more than one year, we see no reason to continue the agony of the parties for another two months.''

The SC held that in a divorce by mutual consent, the court would be justified in using its constitutional powers under Article 142 "for doing complete justice" in certain cases. "In appropriate cases, invocation of such power would not be unjustified and may even prove to be necessary," the bench said.

The judges made it clear, however, that they did not accept a proposition that in every case of dissolution of marriage under Section 13-B (divorce by mutual consent) of the Hindu Marriage Act the court has to exercise its powers under Article 142 of the Constitution. The article empowers the SC to pass orders in the interest of achieving justice when required.

The case before them, the judges found, was a fit case. The couple from Delhi were married in March 2011. Less than three months later, the husband filed a petition for nullifying the marriage.

The couple said they had never lived together since their marriage and not cohabited since June 1, 2011 under one roof and never would.

The wife was working in Canada. They agreed to mediation and that led to both deciding to jointly end the marriage.

They had to file a fresh petition which they did on April 13 this year before a local court that decided divorce cases. The court fixed the next date six months later in October.

Aghast, they moved the SC seeking a swifter solution. They were already living separately for over a year as was legally required for filing a mutual consent petition they said. Besides four months of the six were also over now, they reasoned.

The state opposed the petition, saying doing away with the six-months cooling-off time as requested by the couple "would lead to confusion in the minds of the public and would be against the public interest".

Readers Comments:

1. PS PANWAR (Rajasthan)

The couple gone to SC is bound to be rich one and decision is so fast as if, couple would have been hanged next day. Very lucky one, to get so fast judgement. In ordinary cases the date are not given for months together in lower courts.

After completion of hearings, don't know the longest pending case when Judgement is awarded . In US the dispute of counting of vote for declaring presidents election; time for arguments were given about an hour case decided immediately !

2. S MENON (Bombay):

With this verdict, Indian men and his family members will have good relief from such women who are out to wreck husband's and his family life by blackmailing husbands with the weapon of 498a draconian black law.

3. Sid (PUNE)

Mutual divorce in case of no kids should be provided instantly. What’s the use of torturing both when they have mutually reached a decision of divorce. Every day of life is important.

4. SA (USA)

A very sensible judgement, but why not change the law too and make it three months especially if a couple has been separated for longer time like say two years !

How can he read "independent sources"? They are written in different languages that he can read.

So he has to go back to his own biased sources especially the ones that put all the blames on Muslims and depict Hindus as one cow like peaceful society, whom every one can lead to slaughter ...

They forget what atrocities and inhuman treatment they did to their own lower class people, how they treated their women, gave her no rights. How the widows were treated, forget the divorcess because there was no divorce in Hinduism.

These are people who are knee deep into Inferiority Complex.

They are afraid of a hand full of Muslims in India, even though Muslims have now no real power.

Their favorite pastime is to plan and vouch for destruction of Islam and Muslims from India.

They turn their eyes away when Muslims are killed and tortured in India, thinking that by doing so they will get rid of the guilt that is raking their conscience.

1. IT IS YOUR OLD TRICK WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY THING TO SAY AGAINST MY HISTORICALLY PROVED ARGUE . Where the question of adjectives is , who was continuously using word ' gang member ' and i would have ignored that but when you used ' Rape of mother India ' like words , why should i keep silence ? Is continuous using vulgar words not showing your malfunctioned sexual desires ? What is wrong in this ? Oh samjha , This proverb is completely fit on you -- " KANI SE KANI KAHI TO KANI JAYEGI ROOTTH " LOL .

2 & 3. I think you should go to check your mental condition by a psychiatrist because in such way you are repeating these words like ' inferiority complex ',' Blouse ',' choli ',' rape ' etc., your incomplete sexual desires and deep insecurity & inferiority complexes are seemed only .

1. Why do you not tell me such " independent sources " ?[ But they should be basic not should be written by any so called secularist or Muhammadan or communist historians ] Do you think that ' Buddhist Chinese traveler ' who was very angry with Gupt kings had taken bribe to register this praise of Hindu political system ? Dhanya ho prabhu dhanya ho .
2. Who said ? If we were like cows we would have converted in animals / typical Muhammadans .
3. I always said that it was the black spot on the glorious history of Hindus and they paid a heavy price for that but my acceptance is not clearance to Muhammadans who did thousand time bad behavior with Dalits including all Hindus that's why BABA SAHEB , A TRUE REPRESENTATIVE OF DALIT , WARNED DALITS THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BELIEVE TO MUHAMMADANS BECAUSE AT LEAST HINDU RELIGION AND CULTURE DONOT STOP TO RAISE THE VOICE AGAINST EXPLOITATION BUT ISLAM DO INHIBITS ANY VOICE OF FREEDOM OF THOUGHT .-- " Thought of Pakistan " .
4. Again ' inferiority complex '. Oh no , not again . LOL . I have given advise already in my previous post . Don't worry i am not going to demand fee for this advise . It's free , totally free . LOL .
5. Please correct your sentence . We want to terminate only those Muhammadans jo khate yahan ki hai aur boli Pakistan ki bolte hai . Otherwise Dr. A.P.J. Qualam sahib would not accepted as ideal of most Hindu including me .
6. How can we turn because they were and are never in loss . They always used to and use to involve in anti Indian and anti Hindu activities . If you have any shame in your eyes your head would have bent down if you had seen pictures in which Muhammadans were attacking on memorial of martyred solders . Not ?

Recently I visited the valley in Srinagar, Kashmir. Things have returned to calm and people have started moving out on the streets, shopping, touring, social gatherings or whatever life they had prior to uprising in 1989.
The men and women looked very good in their outward appearances - light skinned, colorful cloths and women had that awkward shyness about them and in comparison to Delhi or Mumbai women, they looked like village girls - BUT, beautiful !
Then my thoughts went to the inconspicuous Army presence and started wondering as to what would make India withdraw these occupying forces and let these people free and lead their own lives?
a) Bilateral discussions? India - Pakistan ?
b) Trilateral talks? India - Kashmiris - Pakistan?
or
c) A better pragmatic solution of Western intervention led by USA?
USA or even China is capable of evicting India out of Kashmir but because China intervention would invite wrath of the west, it is advisable that somehow USA could be brought to the negotiating table.
The seize of Kashmir is wrong and immoral. Indian Army Jawans are not sensitive, educated or responsible therefore, a threat of a superior military power is needed that can help the Kashmiri people.
Readers would be able to remember the Highy way death in Kuwait when USA literally butchered the fleeing Saddam forces. Some more than 10,000 soldiers were massacred as their made way to Iraq.
US air force using Pakistani air bases can reach such a goal by totally evicting last Indian soldier within no time.
We are living in the times of world harmony where occupation of someones land is not taken lightly. Kashmir, as the status shows in the UN books, was a free land until 1947 but has become as an occupied land since then.
Long Live USA !
Even Gen Musharaaf had to admit in the end that there was no solution and any solution would invite more troubles to the people. As soon as Pakistani government closes all camps on that side of the border, the Kashmiri lot will prosper and Indian Army presence will be reduced.
Vallley Kashmiri majority want peace and many of those wrongly believe that an independent J & K, with pre-947 borders is possible. Also that they can live like Nepal in secular state since they do not want to let go of Jammu and Ladakh regions. J & K was independent with a powerful muslim PM when they were invaded by the Pakistan led forces in 1947.

Indians are Africans of Asia.

http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/chin...

BEIJING: Indians have black skin that highlights gold jewellery, a state-run Chinese daily says in an article that goes on to observe that even girls begging on roadsides have a "gold nail in the nose" and that Indian women don't go out without a nose ring.

"Indian women won't go out" without a gold nose ring, says the article 'Indian beauties wearing gold jewellery' in People's Daily Online.

The Indian government plans to issue "paper gold" to encourage people to purchase gold reserved in banks. Many Indians still scramble for this, which reflects Indian affection and reliance for gold, it said.

"In India it will be considered impolite if women go out without any jewellery," the article, accompanied by a photograph of Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai and other models, said.

"Among all kinds of jewellery, Indians prefer gold ones. Indians have black skin and wearing gold jewellery can highlight this feature. Indian women wearing gold earrings and necklaces can be spotted everywhere. Even those little girls who beg along the roadside with an unkempt appearance have a gold nail in the nose," it added.

It went on to add that in India "it is also very common that men wear jewellery".

"Many Indian men wear three rings with large pieces of jewels on them."

The daily said that for marriage, parents usually choose gold ornaments as daughter's dowry, "which not only set off the beauty of the daughter but can also serve as a kind of property in married life".

"Because of the affection of Indian people towards gold jewellery, jewellery shops are everywhere in India. No matter in metropolises or small cities all the most luxuriously decorated and brightly illuminated shops are selling jewellery," it said.
