Now you coming to the point. If LQ was genuien about leadership in Fiji, he would have opted for a change in voting system rather than the bills. He even said in the election campaign that race based voting should be there. i challenge you to do a survey in Fiji and you will see that 90% of the people need cross voting only the 10% SDL supporters want race based. It would be very nice to publish your result. If you need more help I can provide you with the questions and all you need to do is distribute it and get the response. We all say(including me) that people want cross voting but there is no neutral answers to it. SDL says race based. Labour says cross voting. You can check. will be good for everyone.

The question of a Fijian President, where in the history of Fiji we had a prime minster who ran a full government other than a Fijian. Likewise the president. Secondly, I am a bit surprised you wasting time at work replying to this forum during working hrs. A good example of corruption. Keep it up thats why you want LQ.

I live here and I think I would be in a better position to tell you how my people think. I will say 'my people' because I speak to those of you abroad you have given up your rights to be one of us. We are just waiting to get back to Democracy. I think VB has made things worse for the people. He had no respect for the majority of people who voted for the very thing he stood against. That is the majority!! They spoke in May, 2006. Do not Forget that. The very people who lost the Elections are now in Power. What does that tell you? It shows what the Majority of people think!!

Make up your mind. Anything is possible. It seems that you reading my comments are giving second thoughts about the situation in Fiji. I support the cause of the coup but not the means. Secondly, the pervious government was reminded many times about changing its ways and think of the future for ALL its citizens. Did they follow? No. So if they can`t listen when following the right channel then the wrong method has to be used. My apology if I had insulted you but I wite on reality. Some people may find reality bitter so be it.

ONLY in Fiji, LQ and his supporters think "you cannot make something good, from Something Bad!!" This is beacuse their minds are very narrow. They don`t see beyond their nose.
