Since the voting was done in February, I'm sure that he won simply for not being "Dubya". This should really get Rash Lintball going!!

They might as well as gave it to the fascist Bush too. In reality, there is no differance between them but the sheep continue the facade of "left vs. right".

Answers:

1. The deadline for nomination of the Nobel Peace Prize was February 1, 2009-two weeks after the inauguration of BHO.

2.(I bet) the former Nobel winner Jimmy Carter nominated him.

I have to admit, it is definitely a slap in the face to Republicans and their blind support of a cowboy President.

And yes Idiot, the military will continue to support Obama simply because he listens to his Generals and weighs options BEFORE, not after he has made the decision.

He became president only two weeks before the deadline for nomination for the prize. Wow, what he accomplished in two weeks ---- Wait a minute, Carter got it in 2002 and Gore a short time ago, and then there was Wilson and Teddy Roosevelt - all progressives and globalists. It is only a political award just like being in a "Who's Who" book where you pay for your entry - empty and meaningless to the rest of us who do not share their philosophies - not an award of any merit.

"In Gaza, however, a leader of the militant Islamic Jihad, Khaled Al-Batsh, condemned it, saying the award “shows these prizes are political, not governed by the principles of credibility, values and morals,” Reuters said."
