You will need a passport and a visa and a marketable job skill that is in demand in Norway,same as if you wanted to live and work in the U.S.A..It might be helpful if you have a large sum of money so that you can buy a house or rent an apartment and buy a car unless you have a car to bring with you to Norway.Why do you choose Norway over the U.S.A.?

I am a Ugandan, failed to proceed with my education because of financial issues. My father is down suffering from cancer and this has left him no ability to work. This forced me to look for a job and i thank The lord Who helped me get one. I therefore work as a supermarket attendant which has helped me support my father health bills. I therefore wold like to come to Norway basically to work and study but i don't know how i should get there, can you please notify me on the required credentials such that i can get to Norway.

Come to the U.S.A. because you will get better help and a better paying job if your English is good.Norway is not a good place for black Africans to live and work.
