parents do have to pull their fingers out and really start parenting if this sort of behaviour happens. I suppose both parents work long hours, or if his parents dont live together, its probably hard for them. But at the end of the day, Parents must be more responsible for their teenagers, it's a very turbulant time, and more Dads out there need to grow a backbone and be the leader of the family. Spend some real quality time with their sons, instead of putting work, and other interests first.
I cant ever imagine my teenage boys commiting such hainess crimes. Though in sying that
to say teenages cant rape
is crazy, they are phisically able im sure, remember when you were a teenager?
