Sounds like the police in my town, which has a huge drug problem that has yet to be treated in any way. They're too lazy to do anything about it. The office my brother works at is beside a bar and the front door kept getting smashed in time after time by drunks, they wouldn't do one thing about it. They'd rather go cruise down the highway and pick out some guy going slightly over the speed limit.

And yes the Dutch are jokes, their country is a joke, and while (here at least) they pick on other countries and laugh at successful countries like Germany they can't actually face the fact that their home is pathetic.
