Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party

Can someone please give me some information about the current ideology of the Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party (MPRP)?
I know that it ruled Mongolia during the Cold War as a Communist party. Does it no longer claim to be Communist?
In the first free election in Mongolia, did the party which ruled Mongolia under a dictatorial government actually WIN the first election?
How have things changed since the dictatorship ended? Since the same old Communist party remains in power, have they? Are things the same, with the only difference being that the Communists are elected fairly?

Discusion of Oyu Tolgoi mining agreement.
The most important and having the largest economic effect on ALL Mongolians. Yet virtually no information is printed. Has anything been accomplished by the MPs during the spring session of the SGK? They stated that there were 12 items on the agenda, 12th on the list, after plastic bag issue, is the most economically important issue before them. This agreement has been in front of the SGK many times only to be sent back for further discussion. 5 Years that I know of.
A mine that could supply billions of dollars to the Mongolian economy, and the minority parties hold up the process. When is enough enough. IVN and RTP have spent billions of dollars to date for development in the South Gobi area.
I say approve the agreement and get some money flowing to the citizens of Mongolia.
