Modern countries not base on nation-religion-racial-obligat ory military service-parades.
Azerbaijan lost NK because was nationalist-militarist-no democracy-no freedom-no human rights country.
For same reason Serbia lost Kosovo.
Azerbaijan need modernization and to join EU and NATO.
