But among barbarians no distinction is made between women and slaves, because there is no natural ruler among them: they are a community of slaves, male and female. Wherefore the poets say, It is meet that Hellenes should rule over barbarians; as if they thought that the barbarian and the slave were by nature one.
Aristotle, Politics Book 1
My pain concerns you, when one of the bronze-clad Achaeans leads you off in tears, ends your days of freedom. If then you come to Argos as a slave, working the loom for some other woman, fetching water from Messeis or Hypereia, against your will, forced by powerful fate, then someone seeing you as you weep may well say:'That woman is Hector's wife. He was the finest warrior in battle of all horse-taming Trojans in that war when they fought for Troy.' Someone will say that, and it will bring still more grief to you, to be without a man like that to save you from days of servitude. May I lie dead, hidden deep under a burial mound, before I hear about your screaming, as you are dragged away."
Homer Iliad Book 6, Response of Hector to Andromache. Andromache the wife of Hector with their baby son (who will not survive) in her arms expresses her fear that Hector will be killed in the battle.

Nicetas Choniates wrote that the emperor Manuel Comnenos protected the religious rights of Saracens' and Turks in the capital of eastern Roman empire. The sufi-ghazis or akhis were able to establish their hospices and even mosques in pre-Islamic Constantinople and Venice. The Roman-Catholic crusaders in 1204, were outraged that the Byzantine emperors tolerated a construction of small mosques and Muslim lodges in Constantinople. Geoffrey of Vinsauf wrote in his Chronicle of Crusades that It would have been even right to have razed the city to ground because it was corrupted by new mosques, which its perfidious emperor allowed to be built that he might strengthen the alliance with the Turks William of Tyre, a historian of the Crusades, described the Byzantine people as a brood of vipers, like a serpent in the bosom or a mouse in the wardrobe evilly requite their guests, highlighting the strained relations between ethnic groups that inhabited the area as a result of the Crusades and the Schism. YOU LIAR ZIONIST! did you think I will leave your Zionist liar mouth deprived of Turkish cock! Look here bloody bastard! Istanbul was set up by Turks, its population has always been crushing majority Turks! You are not a nation, you are Zionists!

Akilli wrote: <quoted text>I do not write with my feelings like you do.I write the facts. There are many historic documents that state the reason Crusaders attacked Istanbul was because they were annoyed by the mosques and Muslims there. Why do these documents call them Muslims and not Turks? Because back then from Balkan peninsula to Hungary, from Turkey to Azerbaijan everybody was Turk.Plus the crushing majority of Christian Istanbul was also Turk.So there was no sense calling them Turk. About the Balkan peninsula and the involvement of Jew!These are also well documented. So it is theory only for you but for us it is a fact. You writet the facts? Where did the first Crussade originate? Why? It started because of the Emperor of Constantinople making a request to the Pope for aid against the Muslims who were growing in force in the East, having taken Jerusalem and much of Syria away from the Byzantines, and they were beginning to invade Asia Minor. The Crussade was meant to liberate the holy land... Alexios was horrified when he realized he wasn't getting a few knights to come help him but an entire army of undisciplined Western Catholics, mostly Franks, arriving in droves. If that wasn't bad enough, the Catholic Church had also preached the Crussade to the lay people, and a whole rag-tag of them (poor, religious zealots) were also following the Crussaders to free Jerusalem. When they did capture Jerusalem, just about everyone inside - Jew, Muslim, Orthodox Christians were massacred. Now, the point about the Crusaders being annoyed by the mosques in Istanbul - What Mosques, idiot! The Byzantines were Christians, and when they did attack in 1204 it was because the Doge of Venice, and the money he was owed by the crusaders (read the story, to long to explain). But it was still Constantinople and Christian. By the way, they are called Muslims because they were Muslims. This was a religious battle, not a battle based on ethnicity. Now, everyone from Hungary to Azerbaijan was Turkish? Really? What about the Slavs? The Germans (Goths)? Latins (Romanians)? What about the Greeks who held the majority of land at the time, from Split in Croatia to Ankara, to North Africa? Was Muhammed Turkish? It thought he was an Arab, from the Bedouin tribes, no? Please spare me your facts, and share the facts that those of us who read already know. And many wonder why I'm annoyed by stupidity...

Greeks did not forget Nazi occupation of the country and how you were involved: http://www.i-macedonia.com/blog/files/FYROM_N... Greece does not forget the crimes your communist parents commited against the country: http://www.journaloforiginalthinking.com/pb/w... And you forget history: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ancient_Macedoni... And you live in a dark world of lies, and deceit - Your parents must have read you a lot of bedtime stories about Filipovski, and Alexandrov and their Makdonski armies. It's a shame you have nothing to do with them...
