WOW!! Plasma screens, new Government vehicles, new leather furniture, sounds like Samoa doesn't it? I agree with you the Gov of Guam is corrupt, much of the federal monies are ploundered upon by their government officials, however many of the local Guamanians are intelligent, college educated individuals. American Samoa where Gus Hanneman spent $13 million US dollars which was to be used for tsunami warning system. Instead he purchased flat screen tvs, fancy furniture and vehicles.
