Oh, and for your information, the dems do JUST AS GOOD A JOB in packing the government as the reps do. All you have to do is look at now.
What I see now is a revolt of the holdovers from Bush's DEA who have revolted against Holder's policies by continuing in enforcing Prohibition in states where the Citizens have determined that, as pointed out by Dick Nixon's drug commission, the most dangerous thing about drugs was law enforcement. Without stupid laws, the cartels would shrink to controllable size. Then we look at the Repugnicant activist judiciary, particularly the Supreme Court, legalizing unlimited bribery as enshrined in the Citizens United decision; limiting the rights women; giving OUR human rights to corporations without enforcing the responsibilities. If packing the bureaucracy is a political job, then Barry has proved far less effective than W.

You have absolutely no comprehension skills. Your post chastised someone else for only having ONE degree and you claimed to have MANY. You could certainly get a degree at 21, but not MANY degrees. Thus, you infer that you got a degree and continued going to school to get other degrees, making yourself a professional student.
Going to college for 4 years and then going out and working and utilizing said degree to become a productive, tax paying citizen is not a professional student. Finding the need to continue going to school to get more and more degrees rather than working certainly would be.
He's playing you. No one could be as stupid as he sounds and still be able to type and breathe at the same time. He likes to play Emily Latella just to pull chains. He's a tiresome idiot - one with a malignant intent, and not anything more. If he has a degree, it's in monosyllabic pronounciation for verbally challenged sociopaths; ergo, his deplorable written game playing skill. Ignore him - maybe someone will flush and he'll go away.

Oh, but I do. I understand that if you pass laws making it difficult for the old, the poor, and minority citizens to vote, you get more Repugnicant wins. And if you can use a state law that is contrary to the US Constitution to keep your critics off the ballot, you can more easily reassure the election of people who share your racist and mysoginistic views. Not hard to understand but no less evil.
That AZ state law is not contrary to the US Constitution. It is a valid state law. It requires elected servants of the people to know the language of the people, the state, and the country, and to be able to understand the business of the state, which is conducted in English, not Spanish.

She has no English proficiency. If she were elected, she would only be able to serve Spanish speaking citizens. She wouldn't have a grasp on what the state of Arizona is doing. She couldn't communicate with other officials of other cities in the state. She wouldn't understand what other officials in her city were doing or discussing.

The language of the USA and of Arizona is English. This is not going to change for her, so she'd be wise to learn English and try again some other election year.

You appear to want to make the case more than what it is for some political or racial agenda. Can't be done.

Why do you say that the obvious can't be done? What we have is a judge trying to kill the political career of a potential ideological opponent. The Constitutional bar for high office is natural citizenship and age. There is no official American language in the US Constitution and the only people she needs to satisfy are her constituents, not a bunch of racists and xenophobes.

I heard that phrase before! lol

Michelle Obama: "For the First Time in My Adult Lifetime, I'm Really Proud of My Country"

Speaking in Milwaukee, Wisconsin today, would-be First Lady Michelle Obama
said, "for the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country because
it feels like hope is finally making a comeback."

Then in Madison, she said, "For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm
really proud of my country, and not just because Barack has done well, but
because I think people are hungry for change."

(Watch the video of this second comment HERE.)

Some conservatives out there (HERE for instance) seem to find Mrs. Obama's
quote offensive, wondering why a 44 year old woman never felt proud before
today.

English SHOULD BE THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE, and all government documents should be in English ALONE, especially apps for public assistance. Anyone who comes into this country to live should be REQUIRED INDER LAW to (1) learn and speak ENGLISH,(2) apply for U.S. citizenship, and (3) go to the consulate office of their old country and RENOUNCE CITIZENSHIP AND ALLIEGANCE to said country, and if there are any of these things that they "can't" do, they need to hit the bricks and GTFO.
CDL? How about the Mexican Truck Drivers in our country now, do they have a CDL?

Being deported without jail time and/or a fine is amnesty. Hudreds of thousands of illegal are given amnesty every year and now Obama is rewarding illegals by allowing them to stay in violation of the law.

Stand With Arizona

The Obama Administration today announced a virtual amnesty-by-decree for
hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens, whose deportations will be
"indefinitely delayed". In addition,

Obama finally announced a jobs
program - but for ILLEGAL ALIENS, not citizens - as those 300,000 illegals
will also become eligible for "work permits".

This action represents an administrative end-run around Congress, which
twice rejected the 'DREAM Act' in 2010. As disgraceful as is this usurpation
of Congressional authority, this announcement is even worse than is being
reported.

Our analysis reveals that - despite media focus of this action limited to
so-called "Dreamer" illegal students, this new policy, coupled with the
criteria established by the June 2011 "Morton Memos" which set up a joint
"DHS and DOJ working group" could expand this "indefinite delay" of
deportation to potentially MILLIONS of illegals - creating a new, massive
amnesty entirely by fiat, bypassing Congress.

The right wing agenda = stupid people
Hispanic Youth Dropping Out of U.S. Schools

High school dropout rates are a key performance measure for the American
education system. This report shows that the standard method for calculating
the dropout rate leads to a distorted picture of the status of Hispanic
students in U.S. schools.

In recent years an influx of young immigrants, who left school before coming
to the United States, has swollen the ranks of those counted as Hispanic
dropouts. Those youth present long-term policy challenges in language and
employment training, but their level of school completion does not reflect
the quality of U.S. schools or of Latino achievement in those schools.
Rather their presence reflects immigration and labor force trends.

Focusing on data for Hispanics who have dropped out of U.S. schools before
completing high school reveals a problem that is quite grave and that has
serious long-term implications for the education system, Latino communities
and the nation as a whole. However, the numbers in the report show that the
problem is not as bad as is commonly thought. Counting only Latinos who
dropped out after engaging the American education system yields a rate of
about 15 percent among 16- to 19-year-olds. That is good news. The bad news
is that this dropout rate is twice as high as the dropout rate for
comparable non-Hispanic whites. Further on the positive side, this report
finds that the dropout rate for Latinos in U.S. schools is improving as it
has been for non-Latinos.

Pelosi: "We Have to Pass Our Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It"

Nancy Pelosi pushed Obamacare today during her speech to the 2010

group, "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it."

Call me old-fashioned but how about we read it first, then vote on it?

By the way. This was in her prepared speech.

The point is, the judicial activist decided to remove her from the ballot. This item of social engineering deprived the VOTERS of making the decision of whether they wished this woman to represent them. Of course, as we saw in Bush v Gore, the Repugnicant party has no problems with limiting the electorate, even in a national election, to nine unelected judges. In fact, limiting the size of the electorate is a regulate goal of the Grotesque Old Party, as seen in restrictive voter I'D laws which overwhelmingly affect minorities and the poor. Do it's certainly plain that you tight-wing wannabe ogliarchs have no problem with a judge deciding who wins by deciding who is on the ballot.
You must have limited cognitive abilities. Every public office has requirements that someone must meet in order to run. This woman, according to a language expert (not a judge), does not have English skills that are considered proficient. Thus, a Judge ruled in that manner. He did not rely on his own opinion, but that of an EXPERT in language.

The requirements to hold public office are not something the voter decides.

If someone who was not a naturalized citizen wanted to run for President, it wouldn't be up to the voters. That person would be prohibited from running because he/she does not meet the requirements to hold that office.

The emotional atmosphere is quite potent under this Lunar Eclipse, evoking a sense of crisis. The problems you've been experiencing with a certain person lately come to a head during the next fortnight, making you feel that you have to take drastic action or lay down the law. Yet this could make the situation worse than ever, especially if you act from a sense of panic or desperation. Take things gently and don't throw your weight around unless it's absolutely necessary.
