American Dream fades for New York immigrants

If they are illegal aliens, they have a "pipe dream" and no right to be here, let alone take part in the American dream.

They want to make money working to send back to their country to bring more here. This is what they are upset about.

Today, in New York city, a policeman was shot and killed by an illegal alien.

A latin illegal alien try to board the subway without paying when police try to take him in, he shot and killed one policeman, wounded another and a third policeman shot 4 times and killed the illegal alien (I think they killed him).

This is the city where the ex-gov. wanted to give them more rights except he was stopped in his tracks by his own doing.

I am sure this will fade more dreams for the illegal aliens, New York police stand by their own in this sort of tragedy.

Nor do they have to stand on a corner and wait for someone to drive by and offer them work.

CriminalS CAN be hard workers but must be punished for their crimes. You can't pick
and choose who is responsible for their actions
because of color, race, religion etc.
And until the laws changes these people are commiting crimes everyday they stay here illegally without reporting to the Government.

At the time the first white men came there were no laws against migration, legal or otherwise.

what crimes are we referring to here, exactly? murder? rape? robbery? Such things should definitely be dealt with accordingly. But should a person be punished for chasing the American dream, of wanting to feed their families, and wanting to give their kids a fighting chance? Should they be punished for holding up our fragile economy, for doing all the grunt work Americans no longer have the appetite for? Are the majority of these "brown and black" migrant workers 'criminals?' To what degree? You tell me.
