I'm hoping that creole-milat Marie Vencastassin wins miss Mauritius. It's about time we have fair coloured girl representing Mauritius.
I was so upset to watch Miss Universe a few years back when Miss Mauritius introduce herself and said namaste pff.
Hopefull we have a fair coloured afro-mauritian girl, as you malbar call us lol and that says BONJOUR.

Jean, maybe your mother, an old bitch from the street of Sydney, or even your daughter, low-cost prostitute, could compete and wn that competition. They will even say "Good Morning", rather than "Bonjour" or "Namaste" and u will be proud to watch them win the competition.

Jean, what about your wife exhibiting her assets on stage and winning the competition; u will then proudly claim that a creole milat who says "Good Morning" has won.

I accidently came on this site. I'm so shocked at the language and racism that exist between fellow mauritians. It makes me feel ashame, to call myself a mauritian, when ignorant minded people voice their opinions in a really shallow way! What hopes have we got in a foreign country, when we ourselves are no better than the BNP. Wise up and voice your opinions in a positive light and make mauritians the whole world over feel proud to be who they are!

Wonderful words indeed, but coming out of the mouth of an incorrigible HYPOCRITE, they carry ZERO credence.

Peace be upon you

A real accident when I came to know about this site and leanr how a few people who call themselves milats and who left the country and openly write racist comments about indian people and think theyare the superior race.
Candice, do me a favour and read all what you see and the provocative language utilised by a few individuals who have nothing better in their life. I am pretty sure Mauritius is a better place without them. They might as well join the BNP and I will NOT be surprised if they are members of stormfront.

What is your racist point you are making. What is black?
You seem to have an obsession with colour of skin.
Whether you like it or not, your hate for indian people is evident and you are also trying to malign the creoles andnow you are also implying as if madras is a totally different race altogether. Madras, Tamil Nadu is the southern part of the India's region.
You should be ashamed of your ignorance.
this girl cannot and will never rid her tamil heritage for an ignorant racist like you.
By the way, you are so so ignorant wher you live that you forget many parents would not want their daughters flaunting their bodies to the mass. Get it into your thick and stupid brain.

Milats racist pigs here we ago again:

Kylie Minogue takes India by storm

Kylie’s meaningless cacophony “Chiggy Wiggy” in collaboration with Oscar winner A.R. Rahman (Slumdog Millionaire) has become a chartbuster and household word in India, a signature line for “Blue”, set-up new trend for Bollywood music, and taken up plenty of column inches.

Tipped by its leading star Akshay Kumar as “most dangerous film ever” and by media as the “most expensive film in the history of Bollywood”, underwater thriller “Blue” also stars Sanjay Dutt, Katrina Kaif, Lara Dutta, and pint-sized Grammy winner Kylie Minogue as herself. This is Kylie’s first silver screen appearance after “Moulin Rouge!”.

Shot in Bahamas and Thailand, its cinematography has been handled by Pete Zuccarini (Pirates of the Caribbean), action scenes by James Bomalick (The Fast and the Furious), and sound mix by Oscar winner Resul Pookutty (Slumdog Millionaire).

Rahman was quoted as saying:“By working with Kylie, I was able to create something truly unique for fans-the music fuses the cultures of mainstream pop, Hindi, and Bhangra.”

Acclaimed Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed has welcomed the West-East musical collaboration this film and Kylie offered and invited other world composers to explore joint ventures with India’s musicians.

But in the mad rush, India should not forget its rich music heritage which went back to pre-BCE Hindu scripture Sama-Veda, and includes Dattila (190 AD), Amir Khusrau, Naik-gopal, Puramdaradasa, Tansen, Pundarika-vitthal, Govind Dikshitar, Ramdas, Venkatamakhin, Tyagaraja, Pandit Bhatkhande, etc., Rajan Zed, who is president of Indo-American Leadership Confederation, said in a statement in Nevada (USA).(ANI)
