Afro Latinos must rise and use the co-operation to their advantage. South America is doing business with Africa, this is a good opportunity for them too. Brazil is already in Mozambique and Angola and will be expanding to Zambia, Afro-Brazilians must come to the party. When Venezuela starts investing in SA, we want to see Afro Venezuelans in the mix.
