McGuinty stops short of endorsing oil sands

Days after blaming western Canadian oil and gas for Ontario's flagging manufacturing-based economy, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty called for a national energy strategy that includes "green" energy.

Dalton likes to bad mouth the oilsands. But he is all too ready to take the inter-provincial welfare payment made possible by those oilsands!
