I would like to say that section 65 issue is by now a useless idea considering that there just a year to go for elections in the country. It will be just a waste of tax payers' and commonweath money to spend millions paying MPs who just warm seat while the their accounts are getting fat. This is not necessary. Discuss section 65 next year immediately after elections. Now is time to plan for your campaigns

I don't like the idea of discussing sec 65,give him a chance and wait next year election, what Malawians will choose to be their next presdent.

In my own constitution we have a member of parliament by the name of Gulule who is never really working but he is receiving allowance every month. He has been MP for fifteen years but he can show the people and the world nothing aa a sign of achievement for his office. He is the most mute MP when he goes to parliament. He requests nothing for the development of the area he is representing but when time arrives to vote for sec 65 he raises his hand. At the end of Parliament session he receives money like everyone else. To prove this one can visit mwalawanyenje constituency surrounding Linga Village in Kasungu. The MP is the only well to do person. Is not this oppression? He is now using the same money he receives to study at the University of Malawi being aware that he has milked enough from the parliament. No sec 65!
