Not in Balkans, not in Asia or Europe. We havent gained the trust of the other nations so they form a pact with us. The truth is that we have open issues, disputes and differencies with all of our neigbours. Armenia, Greece, Cyprus, Syria, Israel, Bulgaria, so many to list. It is not possible to lead someone that hates you or even dislikes you. Not to mention our domestic issues that can brake Turkey apart anytime. Kurdistan will soon take the 1/3 of Turkish soil and population. What it will be left?
