There is no correlation between the massage girls or Macau and drugs. These girls perform their work as they enjoy the job, meet a lot of new people and get paid a very decent wage compared to the majority or their Chinese counterparts.
Personally, I would never help out a drug addict in any way as they make their own choices and I would not see this as the correct thing to do.
