Be Careful in Macau

Visitors to Macau should be very careful about set-ups by organized crime gangs whom it appears sometimes work with crooked Chinese cops and crooked Portugese cops from the previous colonial days in Macau.

The biggest scam in Macau involves having foreign men lured into massage parlours which appear legitimate but which are alleged by the police to be fronts for prostitution. The women who work in these places generally dress in extremely sexy manners and entice men who stop in to have sexual affairs with them before hitting them for money. These women also hang around the hotels in Macau and often come to the rooms of single men and tear their clothes off and jump on the men directly after entry thus making it almost impossible for a normal heterosexual man to say no to their sexual advances.

It becomes very distressing for American men and other foreign men to be accused of wrongdoing in such settings due to the fact that massage is a legally licensed profession in such places as New York State and in many European countries.

American men and other foreign men visiting Macau should therefore be very careful since the legal fees to fight accusations of wrongdoing in such settings could be very costly.

I had plenty of "extra" service in massage parlors in New York. Macau, New York, what the fuck is the difference? If I go to Macau, of course I want to get some! What kind of American man in his right mind will consider the "danger" in this article really a freaking danger???

I was born in Macau and now live in the U.S.A.. My advice to any one visiting this exciting and beautiful city is to find a local friend you can trust to take you around shopping, visiting massage parlours. The gangs only have one thing in mind , make money in anyway they can. Being a foreigner in this city, makes you a potential target. To speak the local language of cantonese is a plus in negotiating prices, weather it is in a massage palour, or a local fruit stand, there is never a fixed price. If you can speak the language the price is a lot cheaper. On that note it is probably one of the most exciting city in the world, especially for the night life, gambling , and the great tasting macanese food that it has to offer. Do visit , because you will not forget it.

Macau is interesting and nice to roam around since it's a small area to walk around, and the people there were accommodating and nice. There's no limits and not strict as well. I like a free spirit country, and Macau really a trip to go back again and again.

Legal fees in Macau are dirt cheap compared to those in the US AND prostitution is actually legal...
