The reason you are seeing an increase in Lithuanians committing crimes in Cambridgeshire is because many young people leave school and go to England to get a job where they can earn five times as much." "But many cannot speak English and can't find the job they expected so they commit illegal acts to get money. Another reason is the people who started their life of crime in Lithuania are too well known to the police here so they go to places like Spain, the Nordic countries and England to carry on there." So, my original point is correct. The crime rate is much higher in the UK than in Lithuania. Thank you for proving my point. Well don't expect me to thank you for dumping your criminals over here.

The crime in Lithuania is not high and average in Europe? In Europe the crime rate is not high? Bizzare! Especially when Lithuania has a severe problem with alchool related crimes, rape, domestic violence, human trafficking ,where young women are forced into the sex industry! Also the Russian mob organized crime is quite active in the country! O.K true!! It has diminished in the past two years ,since the major crack down accord was sighned by Lithuania's Iron lady; Dalia Grybauskaite! But crime is very high according to the Lithuanian crime report,Lithuanian news papers and of course Lithuanian locals! But crime is high in Europe in general and pretty far from average! It doesn't exclude that you can allways have a wounderful time travelling in Lithuania! Just be careful ,as any place in the world you visit! By the way the majority of Lithuanians moving to England ,Scottland or Ireland allready speak English. But allow me to ask! What point are all you guys trying to get accross? Is it the point of blackness in Lithuania or criminallity in Lithuania?

2 Tappings. You wrote that lithuanians makes a lot of crimes in uk.I just want to explain some things.Yes there is lots of criminals with lithuanian citizienship but they are not lithuanians! Our country for many years was occupied by russia,so many russians lived in lithuania, and when we got our independece they havent left. So we have many russians with lithuanian citizenship who even can't speak the language properly. And if read some article in the newspaper that some drug dealing gang is caught you will notice that 90 percent of gang members have russian surnames. The same thing goes with poles, its even worse many of them cant speak lithuanian at all. The next problem is that old lithuanian passport were very easy to counterfeit. So i heard that there was even dark skin lithuanians who dosent even know where that country is. So dont believe in statistics.I think numbers should be at least cut in a half if you consider russians and poles.

Too Much Crap wrote: They'll stop being friendly once black people immigrate in droves to Lithuania and start smooching off welfare. What an ignorant remark! The usual stereotype of Blacks being lazy. I live in Ireland and over the past few years, the Black population here has grown considerably. They're almost all working so I don't know what you're on about. And if the percentage of Blacks on welfare in the US is high, does it ever occur to you that that might be the result of generations of discrimination or that they find it harder to get jobs simply because of the prejudices people have against them?

You better be careful coming around here mate! I moved here for a reason. "If your Black,go back" This is a vile, racist comment. Am I correct in understanding that you moved to Lithuania from somewhere else? Then who the hell are you to talk about other people going to the country when you emigrated there yourself?
