I googled up and found four people named Celesius, in Lithuania. Two of them live in Vilnius, and none of them is Teisutis Celesius. They may be his relatives though, but that is just a blind guess. Do you know where he works now, or where he used to work in Lithuania, before comming to Norway? Otherwise, if there is nothing else to do, you may contact Migration Department in Vilnius because they should have some information.

We became friends when he traveled in the states many years ago. His name is Giedrius Deveikis and he's 28 yrs old.
