OK... lol when I used to meet Lithuanians I used to feel uneasy around them... because I had no idea about the history of baltics... I just assumed they were the same as Slavs because of polish and Russian history in baltics...and you know people from my country hate slavs with a passion....especially Serbia and Russia

No prejudice, hypocrisy, or egotism here. I do NOT descend from Lithuania, however 2 of my children are from the offspring of direct descent. Self gratification of personal achievements and accomplishments would not be enough or Just for Truths told? Taking the rights of others and what is not theirs is taught as the cultural right, which I will NEVER understand, and do not want my children around. Too bad the lies are believed by some and injustice occurs. Even those who believe they are following Biblical principles do not see the wrongs of 'tradition'.

we are Albanian....we also hate bosnians to some extent because the are Slavs and try to steal Illyrian history.... Bosnians are exactly the same as Serbs and Croatians who are Southern Slavs the only difference is religion but the language is exactly the same...

Well Polish and Lithuanians hate Russians with passion too, because they had invaded us. And even though Polish are slavs. They still hate them with passion. Because all the baltics were invaded by Russians. And almost got their languages destroyed. And had to speak Russian forcefully. So yeah. Of course we fucking hate Russians.

Thats why the Baltic Alliance was formed, and our countries in the eastern EU are united independently, thats why Latvia Lithuania and Poland are called the Baltics. This reagion is ours know. The baltic sea too :) And nobody influences us. We keep our land free, from these Soviet fucks.

Only stupid Albanian can post such question. You can read anywhere on net that Lithuanians aren't Slavs or you could have asked your friends if Lithuanians are Slavs.

Sveikas, Lithianians are NOT SLAVS. Spend less time on the cell phone and computer; open a book once a year. Lithuanian history was distorted with the Russian occupation....for a better understanding read the history of Lithuania prior to the 1870's. Lithuania's marriage with Poland was the largest European nation in the 1500's...unimaginable for the pseudo modern minds. The language itself is sanskrit...rich, ancient and like few in the world.
Christianity was the downfall of this previously strong nation. After its introduction, the country became a doormat for neighboring countries; interfered by the Vatican. Fortunately, Lithuania is rising from the ashes with a sense of pride, optimism, hope and assertiveness.
So get your facts straight before you talk out your orifice other than you mouth. Talk to true Lithuanians....

I will explain providing an example. Cows. They are great. Some people in the world even think they are sacred. Will you be ashamed if I name you a "cow"?

Dear girlfromkosovo, Latvians and Lithuanians alike are not slavic, we have lived side by side with them in centuries but we are not them.
Even thoe we have had troubles with our neighouring slavic countries we know that their cause in kosovo is rightfull.

Get your facts right. Greeks are all Turks and Slavs. Albenians are not albenians at all They are mounteneers: From Alps, Albs, Whites as Franks Whites. Now why don't Albenians call themselves Illirians? No connection. Actually they call theselves:"Shquipelirians . But when the Macedonian Enciclopedia mention Shqipelirians, they took offence and protested.

Poland Baltic? Are you ok? Look at map of Europe. Sanskrit? The only similarity with Sanskrit is Church, old Macedonian Slavinik. Literaly similar. Read Slovenian linguists.
