I plead with the leaders of ivory coast to arrive at an ammicable solution fast to restore peace in their country. We kenyans we do pray that you do not exprience what we went through during the 2007 disputed elections. May the ever lasting peace be found in this lovely country. Mr gbagbo may you realize that the people of ivory coast have choosen whom they what to be their leader.

@ Gilbert.Because of the international communities saying that Gbagbo lost the election do not cut it all. I am a Liberian and I do believe the best way to hander the situation in the Ivory of all Coast is to form a interian government that the two main factor will not be apart of but, will appoint people to position.Have the chairman of that government be a nuture person.next disarm all the rebel; in the north before seting a new day for election. Take in mind that the International communities no matter what go for intreast annd not true result.By the way Happy New and Bless Year

A Liberian Writes

The political upheaval face by neighboring Ivory Coast is very harmful to all surrounding countries, even Europe. If this crises continues, it will post serious threat to the stability of Africa as a whole.

I strongly recommends that the international community handle the Ivorian crises with great dexterity. My recommendations are as follow:
1. Call for a peace talk
2. Disarm those you are in possesion of arms illegically
3. reconduct a free and fair election through the election commission.
Note: The new election commissioner and keen position holders must be from different country

I strongly believe that the current situation in Ivoiru Coast shoul be well looked into. I've Live in Ivory Cosat when my country ( liberia) was in crisis and know that the innocent Ivorians don't deserve the current life situation. Mr. Gbagbo should see reasons to leave and not to allow the country get more distiblelize.
A power sharing government will be setting a new page to discredit African elections and refuse results no matter how they come.
