That's their down fall. Have you ever frequented any Chinese or Indian populated area around Southern Africa, and observe their attachment and relationship to each other?
They do not love themselves because they are constantly put down by statements like they are Destructive by Nature. Our women are called baby making machines even by their own kind. They end up beleiving that.

I cannot keep on telling my son or daughter that they are stupid and expect them to be the opposite.

It will be through their character if they ignore what I say and become better people. However, some beleive what they are told.

Did your good, posetive utterances and talk help remedy the situation of Black man in general?

Ja, I always tell my son and his friends that they are not lesser beings and I can see that they are proud young men who do not let words like "you are a stupid" put them down.

That is one example.

I also like to believe that this forum also offers me the previlege to address such Stereotypes aggainst a black man.

It is like you were reading my mind. I had Steve Bantu Biko on my mind when I wanted to mention a bigger forum but I chose this forum.

I fall on the side of black positive minded people who see the light in every and any negative statement that generalises and pleases who i call the oppressor. Yes there is black on black crime everywhere in the world but allow me to introduce white on white crime. white people also hate white people. do you know that a large percentage of the american society hate the british and vice versa. Many white nations hate the Germans and the Germans hate other white nations too. European nations hate each other, societies to be specific. In Russia there are groups of whites who kill each other every now then and the hatred for each other exceeds the devil's hatred for humanity AS FAR AS AM CONCERNED. now i can generalise in this case as long as i dont do it on my own people. the white man will not rule the black man forever, black people are getting richer and richer. China is gradually investing in Africa and buying African companies, many Africans are accumulating wealth. All black people need is money and how to invest well and all this puny talk will slowly dissolve. well, you should start thinking outside the box, it works. Steve Bantu Biko was a visionery, he was not negative minded like the youth of today. He was making an awareness for black people to realise their true worth..true purpose. he didnt necessarily mean black people are lazy or stupid or careless. black people are the greatest labourers after chinese people. it also depends on how each and everyone of us were brought up by our parents. The person you are today is the reflection of the education your parents gave you.

Thank you for clarifying the issue of "Africans Hate Blacks!!!"

You are again 100% correct when you say you have missed the point.

1. I did not start the topic. Chitja did.
2. I did not agree with the topic.
3. I posted the Botha Speech to also illustrate that “I fall on the side of black positive minded people who see the light in every and any negative statement that generalizes and pleases who i call the oppressor”.

If you read carefully, you will see that I was responding to the topic and even mentioned that such speeches encourages “self-hate” for blacks who are not proud of being black.

I trust that we are now on the same page.

Ache banna, its not true, The pigmentation and the sorroundings have played an influence on a lot of people, but that doesnt hold true that blacks have self hate. its what you think and do to others that create those streotypes. In english they say ""Give a dog a bad name.."" so if we keep entertaining topics like this we will fall into the trap. Nna I am black and proud.

I mean how can we hate each other when almost everyone of us knows atleast 20% of the people in their area, and we know our neighbours. Have you also noticed how this whites envy us with our ubuntu principles? Dont look and think too much about what social challenges has led to within us black people(things like alcohol, drugs, prosti etc) deep down in us lies quality ubuntu principles that cannot be equalled by anything. Motho ke motho ka batho.

Unfortunately, That is how other blacks think. A good example of that is the author of this topic.

I have exhausted all my energies in topics like, we are destructive by nature and We are also lazy by nature.

That is delf hate as far as I am concerned.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Pisces

Relationships are kind of shaky under this Lunar Cycle and you may even get the distinct impression you're heading for a major showdown with a certain someone. Although this feels like a crisis, don't let panic or desperation push you into decisions you would normally steer clear of. You may think you've reached the end of the road, but this isn't a good reason to go off the deep end and make drastic decisions. Proceed with caution!
