The only socialist in nazi party was the the word "socialist" which was extremely popular in Germany in the first 3 decades of 20th century. Hell, Germany had first Universal health-care system.
No thanks to nazi's, actually if you look closely into the policies of NSDP, none would be considered socialist. They were as anti socialist as you can get.
You might be confusing the only commonality that fascism and communism has - single party system and dictatorship.
No, someone is a nazi that follows/subscribes to national socialist policies. Not all german nazis were gassing jews, many were just men that loved their country. Wrong place wrong time.
