Of course Thai people are always look down on Laos people because Laos people look up to Thai people, what do you expect? Laos is SHHHIIIIITTTYYYY country so Thai don't care much but uses their girls.. and so did the Viet, they don't care about Laos.. Vietnam is the mother so they can do whatever to Laos.
