Hmong chief Vang Pao blamed

I guess I don't have to say anything much in here. If people is really want to make a better change for the future. A good word would influence all people's mind already.

Shortly after the end of the 'secret war', the communists powers (Soviets, Loas, Vietnamese) vowed to 'exterminate' the Hmong. That's why it rains yellow where Hmong people live.

Why did they want that?

Because if it wasn't for the G. Vang Pao, all of Indochina would be communist and the USA would have been greatly defeated and humiliated.

Look at where the communists are now? The Hmong are the Spartans of Indochina. We helped stopped communism.

SACRAMENTO - Federal law enforcement officials on Monday accused nine Californians - eight Hmong refugees and a West Point graduate - of plotting to overthrow the communist government of Laos in a bizarre coup attempt.
The officials claimed they foiled the scheme with a six-month undercover sting, in which the defendants were allegedly caught trying to buy hundreds of AK-47 assault rifles, missiles, grenades and other explosives for the military operation. Prosecutors said the defendants planned to ship the arms to "safe houses" in Thailand and then hire "mercenaries" to execute the coup, which allegedly included plans to assassinate top government officials and blow up government buildings.
One of the defendants is Vang Pao, 77, a former general in Laos' Royal Army and the alleged leader of a movement seeking liberation from the country's current government. Pao, who lives in Westminster, is among the most prominent figures in the Hmong exile community in the United States.
Harrison Jack, a 1968 West Point grad and retired lieutenant colonel in the Army National Guard who lives in Woodland, was enlisted to "facilitate" the coup and help buy weapons, prosecutors alleged.
Thousands of Hmong fought alongside American troops and CIA agents in Laos during the Vietnam War, only to flee the country or retreat into its jungles after communists took power after the fall of Vietnam. Many Hmong resettled in the United States, congregating in large numbers
