I am shocked that we found oil, seems like we at some point will end up having a civil war,(I know we are not supposed to think that way), but we got to be realistic.

We still haven't convicted Moi, or any other politician correctly till today, we don't even take back the stolen wealth off people like Njenga Karume or Michuki... even after they are dead.

I don't even think Muindis, Somalis, Chinese are the problems anymore, they are simply our own leaders who have done little.

Will global warming force us to move, or oil, or the lack of will to control food growth and production....

As much as I'd die for Kenya, we so far have not done enough to change anything much yet....

America estimates the oil in east africa region to be 71 billion barrels, this oil is believed to have been the same oil that has made saudi arabia the richest oil producing country in the world. the oil in east africa region is just as much as that in saudi arabian peninsula, this is as a result of the continental separation that created the red sea and the rift valley. originally this oil was situated in one region before the separation. kenya is said to be the jewel of this east africa oil, with regions like sudan, south sudan, uganda, tanzania, ethiopia and somalia being all oil rich. assuming that uganda has the 11 billion burrels, and both sudan having almost 20 billion burrels, somalia having 11 billion burrels tanzania nad ethopia having 20 billion burrels, they all amount to 50 billion burrels leaving kenya with the rest of the 20 billion burrels by itself. so be ready, stop playing ugly politics and invest in shares on this oil companies before the shares go wild, and stop blaming indians and somalian for investing there cash.

with the discovery of oil, I'm more worried of kenya ending up like Iraq, I mean, the U.S or China making up ridiculous reason to intervene or "spread democracy" in order to have access to the oil.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Capricorn

You're feeling slightly unconventional and you're looking for activities that will reflect your mood. You certainly won't be very keen on doing things that are drearily predictable or boring, although you'll grit your teeth and get on with them if you have no choice. But ideally you should do things on the spur of the moment, preferably in the company of people who make you feel alive and alert.
