Country such Kazakhstan should never be allowed to be ruled by anybody like Rahat Aliev, he needs to pay for what he did. Finally he will never have chance to act as he own the Almaty city (the former capital of Kazakhstan. It is disgusting even to think that he could be involved in murder, but unfortunately not a surprise! There is a very strong possibility that behind all this the family of the president is been involved!
