Oh Freddy, I never said I was retired, I just said I was close by and I was nice on my last post! Implying I might stoke out sometime and you will come help me is nice too but I have my own highly trained spouse who will give me CPR! Measure C has passed. Perhaps now all the mud slinging will stop. Chief Wells is doing his job as he feels is best to this community, and the people he serves. He has been maligned for doing his job as well as his family!!! His brother was not drunk at the halloween parade, I was there and saw him!! what has his brother got to do with this??? Do you know where he stands on Meausre C??

One last comment...the ice machine at the Lakeport Fire station was paid for by the Volunteers...not the Tax Payers....however the water bill, PG and E. is paid for by the District. Just thought I would set the record straight...but I doubt that you care about truth. |

This blogger seems to be obsessed with D.H.! Does anyone else who is a woman or has family members who are women find this creepy? I don't feel safe blogging on this site any more with this kind of behavior. Go ahead and call me a Girly Man or a sissy. I just don't choose to be here on this site with a bully anymore. Yeah! If you said that to his face he would pound you! I'm guessing people say things on here so people like Lloyd will not be able to pound them. Little skinny guys need a place to vent without getting sand kicked in their faces. If you don't like what they write then stop reading. I think it is WONDERFUL we have a public forum so we can get information out without having to be intimidated by threats of physical violence. |

The local fundraisers HAVE tried some of those things, to little or no avail. It seems people are willing to buy fireworks to support local groups, but not willing to pay $5 for a car wash to support the exact same group. People want something tangible for their support. It's just how many people are. |
