Well, your Honor, not only do we think Noriko’s children would be better off in America, we have an expert opinion from “OurNCChurchhoppinonthis”, to prove it, and I quote:“Yeah we all know it the Japanese want us to be dissed. But we be wise to them, baby. We know what you thinking straight haired **** bi*ch honeys. You ain't stealing our babies no more. We B gettin wise to that jack. you just try and make it happen again. As you can see, your Honor, based on this statement, it is obvious Noriko was "out of her mind" to move away, when she could have met such a fine individual, who, may I add, could have babysat her children.

Hi Chris, Amy and company,
There are couple of things needed to be clear:
1. This is an intellectual and civilized forum. TWO basic ethnics are observed: courtesy "be polite" and no foul language. What would the children, especially Isaac and Rebecca think of their biological father when they are old enough to handle those X/R-rated posts? There is an old saying: "Tell me who associate with you, I will tell who you are!" Wash your mouth with good soap before coming back.
2. America is the land of ALL people who denounce "hate" attitude.
3. Basen on the court document YOU provided and I quote here:
"RULING OF THE COURT
I think Ms. Savoie understands that if she elects to go to Japan and not return, she’s going to lose her alimony, because the Court’s going to pay it into court; she’s going to have problems with her child support; she’s going to have problems with her education fund; she’s going to be fighting her husband in the courts of Japan; and it just – it’s going to be a terrible mess ....(pp. 119-120; Court Hearing, June 8, 2009)"
There is nothing about "abduction" or "crime" just "if you do this, you will face these consequences". AND the case would fall into the Japanese court, NOT the American one!
4. We HEARD alot about "arrest warrant" from Chris without any proof. Is there a REAL warrant? We would like to SEE it!

TaranaNostangia thinks that there is no warrant out for Noriko's arrest. Great! Then let's see her try to go to Hawaii or France or some other Interpol compliant country for vacation! Japan is her jail for the rest of her life. We all hope she enjoys it! Especially when the U.S. like France gets a bilateral committee together to resolve present kidnapping cases! Then and only then will Noriko regret her deplorable illegal behavior.

Japan is not her jail, but her home country. At this point in time, no more vacations outside of Japan in these countries. That's about it.

This will constitute their commission of an extremely serious crime under U.S. federal law: The crime of international parental child kidnapping is a felony in the United States punishable by three years in jail. It will typically be reported to Interpol so that an abducting parent will be subject to arrest if he or she ever travels out of Japan.

I couldn't find Noriko on the Interpol's wanted list. Maybe it wasn't updated or Noriko wasn't reported to Interpol. Anyway, my previous comment is still valid.

Check out the Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act 28 USC Sec. 1738A. This is a federal offense. This is what gets the FBI and State Department involved which seems to be the case from the press reports. If she has been charged under this, there will be an interpol "red" stop alert on her at every computerized immigration station, and not just in Hague countries but any country that has a bilateral extradition agreement with the U.S. So, she may still be able to vacation overseas with her kids at some fine destinations like North Korea. Looks like her kids won't be getting much practice with their English skills. Too bad. They are going to end up sounding like most of the products of their ridiculous "Engrish" education system in Japan. They can probably still get jobs making logos for Japanese products though! Check this out: www.engrish.com LOL So, yeah I agree. Japan is both her home country and her jail. She won't be sending her kids for that foreign school trip tour and she will need to explain why they can't join their friends or compete internationally in sports or any other competition. She has taken away all of the advantages of her kids' bilingual and binational parentage and left them with all the disadvantages. Very selfish or very stupid, or perhaps both. Only she knows.

But her days as a fugitive are probably numbered now in any case:

This has now become a foreign policy priority for the U.S. government and military. A navy commander in dress blues testifying in front of congress alongside the former secretary of state, with State being slammed for their lack of progress. That won't last very long without action.

To RightThinking (post #112) and PoorKids (post #117):
1. Where do you you get this "TaranaNostangia thinks that there is no warrant out for Noriko's arrest." All I request is the PROOF. What (Post #115) "couldn't find Noriko on the Interpol's wanted list." Just "show me the money!" and it settles.
2. Chris' words mean NOTHING now. He always raves of loving his children while he badmounths their mother. I WILL challenge anyone -including my own father- whenever/whatever my mother is the concern! Be aware of an angry bear!
3. Isaac and Rebecca are JAPANESE: they were born in Japan (Amy said Isaac was born in San Francisco WITHOUT any proof, same trait with Chris); they were raised in Japan for all their lifes, they hold the Japanese passports. So, what country should they be returned to? To the U.S.???!NOT!

Does it matter that I couldn't find Noriko on the Interpol's wanted list? Why should I care? I don't need to show you proof of anything. I know that Isaac and Rebecca are Japanese. The country in which they live in doesn't matter as much as the fact that they are missing their dad's presence in their lives. That may not seem strange for Japanese who from a cultural point of view are accustomed with and accepted this situation. Your laws or better yet, lack of laws on this matter, aren't good enough for an American or European who has a different perspective about parenting and divorce.

1. Proof that there is a warrant? The Japanese police have admitted that this is the case even in the Japanese press. You are a fool, TaranaNostangia. Not ONLY for supporting the abductors, but for your stupidity on these matters.

2. Chris's words mean a lot now. More than they ever did. His letter was read in front of diet members and experts last week in Japan and he is one of the fathers and mothers in the U.S. lobbying congress successfully.

3. It is clear from all the press and court documents that the kids are ALSO AMERICAN and that their residence was in the U.S. for over one year before they were abducted. That means, by the definitions of the Hague and by U.S. law, they were settled in the U.S. and they should be returned there. It is also apparent that the kids attended only international schools in Japan and were raised as Americans while there. Why is that such a bother to Japanese people? Why shouldn't they live a few years in their father's country so that they can meet the FATHER'S relatives? Are they totally unimportant because they are not Japanese?

You are indeed heartless and ignorant.

Let's hope those kids never have to put up with the presence of that aggressive abusive Chris Savoie, their biological father who never spent any time with them anyway, and then tried to steal them just so he could make his ugly lover Amy the new mother.

Let's also hope Chris Savoie is spending lots of quality time with Amy's 3 kids now, and that he gets along fine with Amy's ex-husband who also needs to be a part of those 3 kids' dreadful lives.

Chris Savoie would be an amusing joke if he were not such a sly sinister man with a rotted out heart, and no feelings for anyone but his own imagined suffering.

Let's hope those kids do get to meet their loving biological father again very soon. It is his right and it is the kids' right, regardless of what you think. You are a very sick drummer boy not to think so. Their mother is a felon fugitive kidnapper.

But like all the other losers who support Japanese kidnapping by claiming aggresion or personality problems with the victim left behind parents, you cannot back it up with ANY facts. The father obviously cared enough for his kids to risk getting arrested, you idiot. And he never kept the kids from their mother. In fact the press says that he gave significant custody to her. Sounds very unselfish to me. Taking the kids away from their home and denying them access to fully 50% of their relatives sounds awful selfish to me. And for a woman with 800K to be claiming suffering, well, that sounds more imaginary to me than losing one's assets and then losing one's children forever. That sounds exactly as you say like the actions of a selfish person with a rotted out heart and no empathy for anyone else.

And where is your unselfish and nonjudgmental moral high ground based empathy for a guy who will never see his kids again until Japan changes its laws? People who live in sociopath-built glass houses shouldn't throw stones, buddy.

You are the sad joke here. You post anonymously that kids should be happy not to see their dad again. Join the human race by finding some empathy neurons, or go back to the woods with the rest of your ilk. Dogs and hyenas have more human empathy than you, I am afraid.

Oh Tarantulla, are you greedy bitchy Japanese money whores all alike? Oh, I get it! Japanese men have to PURCHASE time with their children after a divorce according to the money-oriented Japanese culture that values Yen over parental affection. That goes very far in explaining Japan's pathological (lack of a) family law system. Sorry Tarantulla, doesn't work that way in the U.S.

Besides where the heck do you get *your* info on Savoie's assets anyway? The divorce agreement that your friend the Black Widow signed listed all of the assets, right? Did the judge screw up or was Noriko too stupid to list up all the assets? Were the Japanese police even so stupid to miss this???Savoie ran a public biotech company that anyone can look up the financials on Bloomberg and all his asset sales were listed on EDINET documents, you idiot. Even tax records are published in Japan. So what you have said is obviously false. If he were hiding assets, they would have CERTAINLY found that out when he was arrested.

You had better hope that Savoie doesn't sue you for making false statements if you live in the U.S. Accusing someone of a felony makes it unnecessary to prove damages, you numskull. And it is getting easier to get beyond anonymity these days.

And here is Noriko's friend, kids, saying that Tiger Woods should lose his kids too. Those kids don't deserve a father either, right? That is what Japanese society teaches us, right?! We think dads are just a paycheck. That's why we Japanese mothers would rather sleep with our kids than our husbands! Just like Tiger's wife, I bet. Oh, sorry, Sweeden has humanitarian custody laws and is part of the Hague Convention. Bad analogy... my bad. Japan is more like North Korea than Sweeeeeeden.

Oh I get it now! Drummerboy is apparently from Germany. That explains his lack of empathy for human beings and his support of child abducting Nazi countries like Japan and North Korea. He is a Nazi himself, perhaps. That is maybe why he hates Jews like Savoie and his kids Isaac and Rebecca. Jew-haters and anti-semites with no humanitarian values still love Germany. That is why the 9-11 bombers studied and trained there in a well-protected, supportive, jew-hating, sociopathic environment.

Germans apparently support the Japanese People in stealing jewish babies from their fathers. They are experts at this and quite experienced themselves. Drumboy's relatives probably threw lots of Jewish babies into the gas chambers, and shot many others in the head, so his vile support of child abductors and his hatred of Savoie is hardly surprising.

Hey, Tarantula, I bet you wish Japan won the war alongside the Nazis too, eh? Too bad. You lost. And you will lose this war too.

Daily Horoscope for December 31

Virgo

Someone is being headstrong and wilful, and absolutely determined to do what they want. Mercury is retrograde and it's a Full Moon in Cancer with a lunar eclipse all happening tonight! This could lead to some heated discussions and possibly even rows, as you argue the toss back and forth. It might be best to accept that there's very little possibility of reaching an agreement rather than to get locked in a stubborn battle of wills. Besides, you don't want anything to spoil what promises to be a very enjoyable New Year's Eve. Have fun!
