Shy love: How to express your love

I have problems talking to my boyfriend. He thinks I'm not interested in him, when in reality I just have a hard time expressing myself for fear of rejection, am too shy to express my love. How can I overcome this?

I am facing the same problem. But in my case the boy is facing this problem. so what should a boy do. I dont know how to start a conversation and extend a conversation. Can u suggest me a tip.

well mine is a bit different. there is this guy who was my freinds boyfreind and somehow we kind spend times together after they broke up and share ideas about our previous relationship and things. unfortunatly we kinna like each other and and start kissing and carrassing. which i don't want it to be and i would like to keep our freindship. and i am kind of confused i like him and the same time i am scared of his x-girlfreind which she is my freind. pls what shall i do give me your advice

kimura san, there is a lot ways to express feeling. if u cannot express by confronting, try to use other way like letter, email, sms, etc. use medium that u feel comfortable with and start to upgrade yourself to the level of direct expression.

lulu, u are not sure whether are u in love with the guy. if yes, get the guy to choose. if not, someone will get hurt in the end.

claire, there is a way for a girl to show their interest to a guy. but sometimes it will depend guy characteristic. if a shy type of guy, then it will be harder bcos u may hav to make a first move. but for most of the guy, when the girl always give a smile especially for the guy is
consider a green light(beginning stage).

I think it is a step in progress for all you people to tell these people concerned how you feel be it by letter of email or face to face. The fear of rejection is trully known once you have made the step to confront these fears otherwise you will not be happy and you will only be in doubts left feeling dissatisfied. you will never really undrstand his or her thoughts about you unless you take the bold step forward.

You say you have a hard time expressing yourself what hinders you from doing so? thats your private business so ask yourself, you dont have to post up in here. If you are too shy to express your love for him than thats a great recipie for your boyfriend to look somewhere else. A healthy relationship takes 2 to make it work. how long have you been together as a couple? If you have been togetehr less than one year than your still a babe in this relationship but you also have to take into account that your boy friend also wants attention and if your too shy to express yourself openly than write him a letter a love letter that describes your inner most feelings for him im sure this will trigger something in him.
