Denial of doing the splits and cartwheels, and then proving of doing them made good readings. Perhaps sad readings! Just come up with the truth already, how difficult can that be. Anyhow I believe the court will come up with truth and justice in this case, there is no reason not to for the trial in history.

Well, Amanda did behave peculiarly since her arrest, and even before that, according to various testimonies. Has she been subjected to a
psychological test, and if not, why not? And is there an attempt to pull strings in her behalf...one can't help but have that impression. |

1 A crime was committed in their country, and unfortunately, and perhaps the reason for your childish attacks, is that one of two suspects happens to be an American. If a foreigner commits such a crime in the U.S., do you think that person should just go scotfree? One rather thinks not. I should not get all heated up about the Amanda case...Italy has a working judicial system and a competent judges who will find the truth out, and mete out a proper sentence commensurate to the crime. Besides, they don't carry out death sentences as in the U.S. |

I think Sollecito is innocent. He just keeps changing his story because he doesn't want to get Knox in trouble. He's in love with her.
A witness said that Guede and Knox knew each other from the bar and drank together with some other friends in the flat below Amanda's. One of the friends claimed that Guede took a liking to Amanda. I think the two of them acted alone. |

1 People posting they're a psychotherapist and then claiming that someone they saw on tv is psychotic and crazy raises red flags in my book. And there are some really sexist and racist comments raging here regarding this topic. No wonder this girl might not get proper justice. People are not out for justice. They're just out to damn her and hide behind a computer as they label her everything you can think of. People are leaping to conclusions and damning her for being a woman who was sexually active, who probably did drugs and blaming her parents based on zero knowledge of her upbringing. I don't know if she's innocent or guilty but I am definitely certain that some people want her to be guilty so that it justifies their contempt for living a life that they didn't approve of. |

How about your very judgemental jumps to a conclusion that posters who believe she is guilty only think so because they disagree with her indiscriminate sexual behavior, drug use, and perhaps living abroad. How foolish you are! Look up the definition of the word: "Justice!" Then you might have a clue! Besides, I know about the substantial evidence presented in this case...do you? |

Few of us are real experts at anything, particularly when it comes to sensational cases as this one definately is.
People make a lot of assumptiones based on perception,(Miss Knox evil, sexy etc) and surely you see differently according to context. The horrible murder and sickly detail (by any standards). Surely the evidence is crucial purely based on facts so i hope they have what they need to decide either way. |

I agree with the psychotherapist that there is something wrong with Amanda, although I do think that her motives had something to do with losing her job to Ms. Kercher and also Ms. Kercher succeeding in having a boyfriend in whom Amanda was also interested. I think Amanda has no conscience, is a pathological liar, and lacks empathy. I also think that if this same scenario happened here in the states, and only Americans were involved, there would be fewer people who think she is innocent.

Let me guess, If this were an innocent boy that is being accused of such heinous crimes, you wouldn't even entertain the idea he might be innocent. If she is guilty, the facts will prove it. People here in the U.S. enjoy judging males accused of crimes against women and children ,why shouldn't anyone do the same when a woman is accused of the same? Amanda has already tried to put everything that happened off on her now ex boyfriend. She is accused of mudering a fellow female. She had both, motive and opportunity. Stop trying to make her out to be some kind of victim. The victim is the dead young woman she is accused of murdering. Puhleeeaze, as if no woman can ever commit murder. |
