They don't.

This has been another installment of simple answers to simple questions.

There is no Palestinian lands, they are nomadic trespassers. Israel should never trade their land for imaginery peace. All those Arab states have no genuine desire for peace. It is their desire to murder every single jew and wipe them from the face of the earth. There will never be peace in the middle-east,stop with all this rhetoric that the Jews are to blame for all the problems. As a Marine it was my honor to train with the Israeli armed forces, and I would stand with them to defend against those Arab scoundrel. Long live Israel!!!

Now, it must be made clear to the government of the country of Israel that does not have a blank check to draw the boys and girls of the Armed Forces of the United States of America into a war for their own petty parochial needs.

This Israeli country, after all, spied on the US Defense department with their American-Israeli operative, Jonathan Pollard in the early 1980s.

This is the same government that murdered 67 US Naval personnel with their attack on the USN Liberty in 1967 -- and they never apologized or paid restitution to the survivors of the American servicemen that they killed.

Yet they still extort $3 billion a year in military gifts from the US taxpayers and another $2.5 billion each year in economic subsidies.

Enough is Enough!

Time for the country of Israel to sink or swim on its own.

The reality is that the huge Jewish vote in New York and New Jersey that prompted the cowardly Democrat, Harry Truman, to lead us down this path, is not important electorally anymore.

Even secular Jewish politicians like Cong. Jan Schakowsky, realize that they have more to gain with their growing Muslim vote and those who are unhappy with America's pro-Israeli sycophancy, that they do with the dwindling pro-Zionist vote and funds.

The left-wing American University and media elites are throwing the country of Israel under the bus.

Can the Democrat leftist elites be far behind?

Funny to see all this unfold after all these years of Israeli hyper-control of the US forum.

All we can say about the West Bank is that the land is "disputed." It is under Israel's control as an occupier.

There never was a Palestinian state. Palestine was a region in the Ottoman Empire, and Jews and Arabs have lived there together since the Roman Empire.

For the Arabs to say that Israel is "occupying" Arab lands is incorrect.

Unfortunately, as long as the EU continues to support Palestinians with subsistence money (at least six billion dollars a year) they have no motivation to do anything to build a peaceful society. The Palestinians are the only ones who have a special UN agency to look after their welfare.

When Israel left a large hydroponics facility in Gaza when they left it to the Arabs. It was producing food, and was in good working order. What did the Arabs do? They destroyed it because the hated Jews more than they wanted self-sufficiency.

History shows us that the only solution to problems like this is that one side has to win.

The client-state of Israel was important to the US in the latter stages of the Cold War (even though it initially allied with the USSR.)

But it is of no greater strategic importance to the USA today than is the State of Zaire.

In fact it may well be a millstone around the neck of the American people.

Fortunately, Obama and Carter and a growing number of people of both parties seem to now understand this.

Israel will have no blank check to draw the US into a war in their region.

Time for this former client state to sink or swim on its own.

Obama, during his present visit to the Middle East, has said he will continue the US policy to back Israel. In other words the " stay the course" policy remains in effect or his comments are a shameless move to garner support and votes from American Jews. In any case it is more of the same old, same old.
