There's many inaccuracies in the article Mr. Truthfullness, all one has to do is google the facts. I would rather see more money go to Israel than places like Indonesia, Iraq, or even Africa. Israel has done more good with my tax dollars than the countless misspent billions we've given to other nations.

The Palestinians received and continue receive more aid per capita than any other group.. and that is one reason that Arafat went to his overdue grave a multi-billionaire (who, BTW, made the Forbes list of billionaires). And we haven't even touched upon the luxurious villas that Arafat's crony "revolutionaries" managed to build for themselves (I guess it's a good way to make a living).

Yes, over the years Israel did receive a lot of US aid, civilian (which ended a number of years ago) and military (still gets). But Israel built something with that aid in a way that returns dividends even to the donor. The Arabs could have done the same with the Palestinians. The Palestinians could have done the same for themselves... but why bother when you can develop a culture that celebrates terrorism and victimhood.

And what has palestine done with all this money? Instead of feeding, paying and taking care of their people, they just build more suicide bomb belts, buy more RPGs, AK47s, mortar rounds and qassam rockets. Shows how stupid you are. Israel had absolutely NO help in the 1948 war. Israelis had to buy weapons with their own pocket money. The US had a arms embargo with the entire region at the time. Why don't you learn a little history before you act like you know it.

Do you know how much the average tax payer pays to Israel a year? 3 - 4 dollars. 2 billion to Israel every year divided by 300 million = 6, and that's assuming every person in the US is over 18 and pays taxes, since that's not true, I'd say its about 3 - 4 bucks. If 3 - 4 bucks is a lot of money to you, I'd say you better quit your job and find a new one, because they are ripping you off.

Israel mooching??????? Hardly. With that money they fund their survival militarily. Believe me, they could survive just fine without the US if the surrounding Arab nations would allow them the right to their ancestral land! However this is NOT the case. Israel is forced to use the majority of US funds for military to fight terrorism.

As for who could live without who? Where exactly do you think the US gets most of it's Intelligence from to fight middle eastern terrorism????

How about the technology for Cel Phones??? Where do you think that came from??? How about much needed medicine to fight deadly diseases????

Do you think the "So called Peaceful innocent" Palestinians brought any of this or really anything of value to the world???

See her Parents cozying up to Arafat who while taking US aid to pay for his fat wife's Paris Apartment he squandered any aid the US and the UN gave the P.A. Corrie wasn't murdered you ass, she stood defiantly in front of a Military bulldozer which was exposing and destroying a smuggling tunnel under the Pharmacist's house she was living in all the while knowing it was used to smuggle in Palestinian and Egyptian terrorist's to kill innocent civilians. I don't see anyone mourn the "Forgotten Rachel's" like they do Corrie.

As for aid, the amount of 3 billion is off a bit. I suggest you do some better research then your prized author here did. Much of Israel's US aid comes from private Jewish and Christian doners.

Considering economic assistance that the USA has given the world from 1949 - 1996, we gave Israel $62.5Billion (58 Million people) and in the same timeframe gave the REST OF THE WORLD (1.05 Billion)$62.5 Billion. That works out to $10,775 per Israeli and a whopping $59 per person for the rest of the world. Wonder what that kind of investment gets us?

Of the USA’s annual aid, Israel gets a full 1/3 (there are 191 countries in the world).

In March of 2003 America gave Israel $10Billion and we give more and more. From 1946- 2006, US aid to Israel was a conservative estimate of $108Billion.

For a population the size of Wisconsin, we are giving $2-3 Billion per year or $6-8 Million per day. We defend Israel, no matter what they do or violations they conduct in the world. Although the USA strongly held Iraq accountable for breaking UN Security Council violations, Israel has broken these resolutions 40 times and the USA uses its veto strength in the council to save them… EVERY TIME.
