Hey retard, apparently you are not aware that where I am and where my provider are can be two different places.
Keep voting in your politicians. You all deserve them reaching deeper into your pockets. How do you like that new 50% increase in state income tax proposal? Or how about that $20 increase in auto license fees? Yes, keep electing those wonderful officials you call democrats. You libs don't have the mental capacity to think on your own and choose good leaders. That is why you have been led around for years like the sheeple you are.
What's even better is the African American senators want a 5% payroll tax increase instead of the 50% or 4% increase that Quinn wants. These are the best and brightest here in Illinois.

Most People in Ireland actually think the idea of Obama having some irish blood is bull , every American claims irish decent although it is impossible for them to have it, if you look at the way America started many europeans moved westwards over time especially from england so why dont we ever hear americans say about english heritage or eastern european ? i have never heard one say about scandinavian heritage , surely they must have that , red and blonde hair both come to ireland from scandinavia and the english thru history , but you speak to americans they say time and time again "we are irish" ireland 10,000 yrs old wales 35,000 yrs old noone says wales or england why ? why always the youngest country ?

I am an American and in no way will ever claim to be of Irish descent! Your people have a wonderful heritage, but to infer other nationalities are jealous is totally ludicrous.

Inference, as in this case, comes from the assimilation of many expressions.

Irish people are cool, so are Scotish and English people. I think some Americans like to talk of their Irish heritage because the US and most of Ireland rebelled and broke away from the olde empire. Also a lot of Irish fought with the Americans in the American War of Independence so this may also have endeared them to the Americans. Just my theory and open to constructive critisism.

I really don't think Ni Thuig meant that others are jealous of the Irish. You misunderstood or may you Jose are jealous of Irish people, maybe you are jealous of other "races" too. Are you projecting dude?

Not being racist here but I don't believe that there is such a thing as a so called "Black Irish".
There are only two types of Irish,Irish (White) which is very pale white and White.
Obama is no more Irish than I am Chinese, when you mix races you break the heritage.
Don't take this as a racial attack,it is just simply an opinion of what I seriously and honestly believe.

Well,I had a great grandfather who came to the states from County Cork near Cork City and it was said by my dad he talked and sang songs with an Irish accent and said when he got mad he spoke in what you may call Cork Irish, anyway all I know is that I was born and I have an Irish last name and I never get a very good suntan I always get sunburns easily.
I'm proud of my last name and my only regret is that great grand pappy didn't stay there so I could have became an Irish native.

Daily Horoscope for January 6

Capricorn

Don't let anyone stand in the way of your progress and don't reveal personal secrets. You could very easily become run down at the moment. An empty promise could leave you feeling sad. If you're working today, there could be some problems: stick to your own work and make sure that someone doesn't try to take credit for your efforts.
