Clinton Apologizes for Afghan Civilian Deaths

Associated Press

KABUL - Villagers dug dirt graves Wednesday to bury what the international Red Cross said were dozens of Afghans - including women and children - killed in American bombing runs. A former Afghan government official said up to 120 people may have died.

Is this who a "peace prize" winner kills when there are only 100 of the enemy?

Obama must be tried for war crimes if he escalates the war to kill 100 al-qaeda while killing 1000's of civilians.

What a joke. The Nobel committee just wanted to beat a dead horse (ie. Bush bash). They only served to diminish their own award. The international community thinks this is ridiculous. They are taking away from someone who is more deserving. If they could not find someone deserving of the award, they should not make an award for the year.

Totally ludicrous... Everything Obama is ludicrous... It would be funny if it weren't reality.

The only opinions that matter or count are those from patriotic Americans who actually love this country. Not from unpatriotic right-wingers who hope for failure; get happy over bad news (like the USA losing its bid to host the 2016 Olympics) and getting angry over great news (like the President of the United States being honored by the world with the Nobel Peace Prize).

I am so proud that my country elected a brilliant and strong leader; President Obama will be one of the greatest Presidents ever. I was so happy yesterday when I awoke to this news; it is just another vindication for those of us who supported and elected Obama. Every real American, every patriotic American is happy today that our President and country is seen in a positive light and is once again admired by the world.

2 question immediately came to my mind when my friend told me about this:
1) What, are you joking?
2) What really has he accomplished, except be black and be elected pres. of the US?

The committee has lost credibility, that's for sure!

The Nobel Peace Prize used to mean something very significant, a very prestigious award for grand accomplishment(s) deserving of world recognition and praise.
To most, these days, the NPP has now lost all credibility and is viewed as nothing more than a politicised piece of used toilet paper.
...it makes perfect sense that this new "enlightenment" has occurred with obama as a recipient this year!
What a nucking joke!!!

Patriotic Americans who actually love this country hate unpatriotic Americans who LIE about military service. We patriotic Americans consider those dudes to be nasty human garbage.

After looking at a previously entered list of Nobel winners such as Lech Walesa, Elie Weisel and Mother Teresa of Calcutta, I can only say that this sorry presentation demeans the significance of the award. Perhaps if it were for oratory, Obama might be in the running although I've noticed a repetitive pattern in his speeches. In terms of accomplishments, Mr. Obama is all talk and no action.

Our purple lipped communist leader admits it himself that he doesn't deserve the prize. He should not accept it because he is a fraud.
