Caste system has not stop evolving since the very beginning. It can't be banned but surely it is adjusting to changing India it has always been so. Caste is a socio religious fondamental of hinduism. And know that all the other religious minorities in India lay on the caste structure. They adopted it from their previous faith with was hinduism.
