Dr. Abd Al-Hamid Al-'Ubeidi: "There is no minimum marriage age for either men or women in Islamic law. The law in many countries permits girls to marry only from the age of 18. This is arbitrary legislation, not Islamic law. Why? Because there might be cases in which it is impossible to keep the girl [single] until the age of maturity."

There is no argument on this point among Islamic authorities whether shia or sunni. They all agree that a Muslim man can have sex with baby girl.

(Quran 65.4) "If you divorce your (child) wife before she reaches menstruation age her idda is three months".

According to the Quran a Muslim man can marry (and have sex with) even a one day old infant girl.

PROPHET MUHAMMAD LOVED LITTLE GIRLS

Prophet Muhammad had special feelings for cute little baby girls.

Ibn Ishaq: Suhayli, 2.79: In the riwaya of Yunus Ibn Ishaq recorded that the apostle saw Ummu’l-Fadl hen she was baby crawling before him and said,'If she grows up and I am still alive I will marry her.'( p. 311)

Muhammad saw Um Habiba the daughter of Abbas while she was fatim (age of nursing) and he said, "If she grows up while I am still alive, I will marry her." (Musnad Ahmad, Number 25636)

BABY AISHA

Prophet Muhammad fell in love with Baby Aisha when she was shown by Allah to him in his dreams when she still an infant.

Bukhari , Volume 7, Book 62, Number 15:
Narrated 'Aisha:
Allah's Apostle said (to me), "You have been shown to me twice in (my) dreams. A man was carrying you in a silken cloth(as an infant) and said to me,'This is your wife.' I uncovered it; and behold, it was you. I said to myself,'If this dream is from Allah, He will cause it to come true.'"

Whenever Prophet Muhammad visited Abu Bakr house he made Aisha sit in his lap and played with her.

ur quoting fabricated hadiths, which we dont believe in, and quoting scholars (or thats wt u call them) which do not portray islam in any way. and the verse u quoted Quran 65.4 , u mistranslated it, but i understand ur in need of deceit, cuz u cant prove islam wrong. ill give u the right translation of it : ''Such of your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them the prescribed period, if ye have any doubts, is three months, and for those who have no courses (which are women with a specific disease which prevents the course) (it is the same): for those who carry (life within their wombs), their period is until they deliver their burdens: and for those who fear God, He will make their path easy'' u assumed that children dont have courses, but we know scientifically that their is a disease that prevents it. so actually that proves the Quran to predict scientific diseases which we have not discovered until recently.thnk u for exposing ur lies, and for proving islam is true, salam.

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house at the age of nine.
