President Bush can keep $ flowing to 200,000 people in Haiti by granting Haitians Temporary Protected Status (TPS) based on natural disasters and political turmoil.
A destabilized Haiti threatens our borders; deporting non-criminals to a starving land adds to its burdens while ripping parents from children.
Granting TPS would help Haiti's moderate democratic government weather the food and political crisis and cost U.S taxpayers nothing.
Why doesn't Bush act? Is it too logical?
