Greenland to Vote on Greater Autonomy

Free Greenland , till they get oil then take them back by force .

An American foreign policy in Denmark.

They are more than welcome to become independent. I am just sad that the danish govenment have paid for that country all these years...oil or no oil - I could not care less...

I vote for 100% independence for Greenland......By force!!!

Its one place that the common man has been forced to pay for, only to please the sentimental needs of the power brokers!

HUH ?? I thought you liked Greenland. How would you expect Greenland to survive without finacial help from southern Denmark, seriously ?

I don't particularly care if they survive or not.
If the inuit are of the opinion that they can survive as independent,(which Lars Emil Johansen just lately has said might become a reality) then so be it.

I do however favour the french model, which basically dismounts everything down to the last light switch if a colony should want to go solo!

Gibraltar doesn't want independence. I think the locals should decide not anybody else.
I like the Scots a lot but lets face England Wales and Scotland are on the same Island and division never works.

If it included an Australian passport then good result for the islanders. A good insurance policy in the event of future global warming. Now all you need is a nice oil discovery offshore of Christmas island......

One of my family was in India only a short while ago and she couldn't get over the gap between the have's and the have nots. Lovely country but the poverty was such an eye-opener.

As none of these countries have stable political environment.Islam being the common denominator for the instability of these regions.
